They are really helpful here and have different assortments of build a bears. They were really kind and had a great customer service attitude with assisting my 4 year old daughter on building her stuffed animal. She loved that she was able to get accessories for her stuffed animal, and that we were able to help fill her stuffed animal!

Always a good selection. Bought rainbow dash for a friend. The employees are nice and friendly.
