We ordered two windows and two sets of doors through BMC. I worked with them years ago (when they were Stock) and thought I'd use them again. I wish I had not. The windows were great but the La Cantina doors were a major issue. 8-10 weeks timeframe, delivered at 11 weeks, but there was a manufacturing defect. It was like pulling teeth trying to get this resolved-I ultimately had to contact La Cantina directly. I understand why there are 23 complaints on file with the Better Business Bureau. 3 weeks later the corrected door piece arrived. It cost us thousands in delays. Maybe our $18,000 order was just small beans to them and wasn't worth the trouble, but that's a lot of money to us. I cannot recommend them.

Could not have built our house without them. Fantastic service. This is where you go when you are building and you need to make changes, add things, cancel others etc. Prices were remarkably fair.cheaper than home depot and much better quality. Wonderful experience.
All I want to say is that this place has so many employees not only inside but outside and it’s ridiculous because you got guys in the front not doing anything and a whole line waiting. Employees in the front are worthless, don’t even know why they’re there.
Service is so bad! I have been waiting for a refund from John for 2 MONTHS! He sent an email saying it would be done. 2 weeks later still nothing! Terrible. He gives the run around and only cares if you’re spending lots of money. DO NOT DEAL WITH JOHN CHANG! He doesn’t care about you! Wish i can give 0 stars.
