7Second time here unloading a dry van both times over 2 hours to unload a half trailer don't come here very slow and don't care about the driver.
Customer service now is very bad, up to the point that employees make you feel unwelcome.and they even say that they are not helping new customers
This place is really surprised me today I go in to order parts and I'm a small business so it's tough to compete with all the big businesses around and today they tell me that unless I'm doing a track home they cannot do business with me, I'm very disappointed in the decision BMC West has made
Steep entrance. Recommended to enter at a 45° angle so you dint get stuck. Unloading very quick. Awesome guys. Great place to deliver!

I'm a roofer contractor and wanted to save time so I ordered materials for a room that I'm building I told Randy at that I wanted to pick it once they have it ready and that I could pay with credit card over the phone. He said that i could pay but they will not put it together until I'm at the store and it would not take long. I asked how long and he said 20 to 25 minutes.it took them 1 hour and 35 minutes. My savings went to waiting
