Falsely informed, we left and took our business elsewhere because of the unprofessional behavior of the employee you have working on site. Not only did he previously raise his voice and curse but he also suggested that I offer a "kiss" or dinner to the man in charge to rid the vacancy fee. I don't know where you're getting your info from but I believe this TRUTH has validated why you get 1 star (should be less) We never had an issue b4 that employee began working there, it's probably best that he doesn't interact with your customers if you don't want negative feedback. Should be a honest internal look as to how you better your company to never tolerate that behavior, would you like someone talking to your family, mother, wife, daughter this way. So there you have it, the truth to the 1 star.not anything to do with your empty lie of a desperate attempt to redeem why I gave my rating. Good Luck, I hope you take this seriously.
