My husband and I are so impressed by the customer service of Lloyd at the shop in the near future we will be buying 2E bikes from him. I totally recommend this bike shop to anyone that’s looking for an electric bike

Good Customer Service. Ok prices for service. You get what you pay for, so the quality work isn't going to be found at this shop. Also they don't have a lot accessibility on parts. I was fooled by the 5 star reviews and came here for service and found out this shop isn't going to offer 5 star service.

Nice people, very knowledgable and they always seem to have the part i need. Great neighborhood bike shop.

I just found this bike shop and had some work done on my mountain bike. They did great work quickly for a very reasonable price. I will bring all of my bike business here.

Was in the market for a bicycle since my old one has been out of comish for 2 years. Went to Bumsteads, my local bicycle shop, and instead of buying a new bicycle, they were able to fix my old bike in 2 days. Waaaaaaay cheaper than buying a new bike and I really like my old bike so it definitely worked out. Spent less and got a great end result! Thank you guys so much!

Lived down the street from this place since I was a kid. Excellent, no nonsense service from knowledgeable and courteous guys and gals.

The only place to go for your bike. If you need yours fixed? Or looking to get you one, it's the only place you need to go.

I like this place, been there several times and even got a no charge a time or two, good vibe, I was in there today and got quick and knowledgeable service.

High-5 stars to Bumstead's! Apologies for this late review. About 11 or 12 years ago I had my Mavic-Open Pro race rims married to my old Sun-tour hubs. The young guy, look like a teenager working there, he truly is the Zenmaster of building wheels. My rims spun true. Glad to see the 5-star rating. To bad I moved to Colorado 10 years ago. Lots of bike shop's here. Many of them are tourist-traps. I like Bumstead's. They kinda have a small town feel about them. So anyway the next time I come to So-Cal, I'll try to stop in again.

Owner and workers are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Great selection and better deals than other bike stores.

Lloyd, Erik & the rest of their crew are supremely knowledgeable and helpful. No job too small or too big, with great prices on repairs, parts all the way through to complete bicycles.

We've been coming to bumstead's Bike Shop for years, the customer service is great very nice people. Always so very helpful and usually always have everything in stock that we need for our bikes. I will always absolutely recommend Bumstead for your bicycle needs.

PLENTY of room for improvement in Integrity and eagerness for honest work. Overpriced for "inspection" and an establishment of racketeering. Wouldn't come here even if I had no other option considering the fact you receive a discount for leaving a Five Star Review. Had service here for my bike, only to eventually find out I was being ripped off. How this place has 4.7 stars isn't beyond me considering people are being payed indirectly for their positive reviews. Thankfully, there are other bicycle shops in the area that are eager TO WORK HARD for their customers considering the fact that they are not intimidated by WORK.

Amazing people help me with my bike alot of times I bought my bike parts and there really good there inner tubes and install them are also cheap and long lasting
Also there people are chill and cool

Great service, wonderful bike shop. I had a creak noise that was not repaired at another bike shop after 4 try's it was still not fixed. One trip to Lloyd and crew and now the noise is gone. This is not the first time he has corrected what other shops could not. This is the only place that can actually fix my bike issues.

Best place on the block, I just got my wheels back from being laced and looks really creative, will be back for sure

Michael at Verizon Wireless by the Ontario Mills mall told me about this place. I took both my bikes in road and mountain bike and had a very good experience with both. My mountain bike never shifted so good. Thank you 110%!
