2Really high quality flowers and arrangements with nice people in a beautiful shop. But, the last time I came and asked to put the arrangement in my vase like I always do, they said there's an additional fee, which was an unpleasant experience of being nickel-and-dimed.
I had gone to Los Gatos to have a weekend with my girlfriends and celebrate my husband and I anniversary as he was on a trek in Nepal. He has always been thoughtful and remembering our anniversary in the past and on the day of he said he had sent me a bouquet of flowers to my room, well they never showed up. So i decided to go in with the receipt my husband sent to me. I talked to a young woman who i just thought was so rude unapologetic in her remarks like this was my fault and without a legitimate receipt i cannot issue a refund. So beware!
