14BAIC is a very clean, professionally run facility. The folks at the front desk were very polite and helpful, the wait was not bad and I was in and out in about an hour. I was here for an MRI another time as well and my experience was just as good
The staff was nice. The tech was very respectful and aware of the cold in the room and offered a blanket.
I really like the Toluca Lake location. It is well staffed and the staff is professional and efficient. The MRI tech is great, kind and attentive. The facility is clean and parking is available.
My first appointment was canceled by text without any explanation. Second appointment was a week later. I was in & out quickly but the 2 Hispanic women working the front desk look & act angry
I was seen a little earlier than my appointment time which I really appreciate) everyone was professional and courteous
All of my questions and requests were met with smiles and efficiency.
The only complaint is the mri tech lacked bedside manner, wasn't calming at all, yet rushed me. I am extremely claustrophobic.
This location does not connect with the rad net scheduling department they use. After 3 appointments that were canceled the day of, i realized they do not care if you have an appointment or not. If you schedule with rad net.beware.its very horrible that they deal with medical issues. If the office looked at the week ahead they would have seen they could not take me, I do not understand why they do not look at the schedule in advance?

Lots of information mistakes like phone number was given to you for contact purposes, that means you contact & send info to the same number not to another person's phone number, I hope next time things done more correctly.
Right on time, extremely nice nurses, very clean & comfortable lobby and rooms for procedures.
I waited over 2 n one half hours for a two minute X-ray of the chest. All three locations don’t make appointments for X-ray only. N they have to nerve to charge me a co pay of $40.00 n I told them to ck with my Ins carrier. This company should pay for my time for waiting so long. I ll will never recommend this company to my family friends n worse enemies. Staff were friendly.

I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen and I got a very nice technician. Overall a great experience.
All of them are very unprofessional, change my appointment 2 times the same day, I arrived to the appointment and at the end after I waited 45 minutes the “lady”, who do ultrasounds was very rude and disrespectful to me, I told her that she has to be professional and change her actitud and stop Screaming, she said that she will reschedule me, I said no, I’m here and you already change my appointment 2 times, so she left to the front desk and try to reschedule me after I said no, I don’t want to reschedule, she continue ignore me. I ask for her name and the whole place denied…. So I call the manager and they give me an appointment with other places at Toluca lake with very nice PROFESSIONAL stuff. Long story short I’m going to report her.
