First time visit to the office, I was very well taken care of and informed of all of my options for care. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions or purchases and had great follow up!

The most high tech eye exam I've ever had. The staff was the best. I had such a great experience, this is now my optometrist office.

The facility hosts some of the latest technology to diagnose your eye’s needs. Dr. Nishida is patient, kind and works to find the best solution to keep your vision as sharp as can be. She even found an error in a previous prescription from another Doctor and helped correct it. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Nishida is thorough and takes time to answer questions. We appreciate the tender care she gives you to each family member.

Super frustrating experience. I had been a patient of Dr. Sowby’s for years, and I stayed after he retired. I went in at the end of 2021 because I finally had insurance and the time for an appointment. I needed glasses for close-up work on the computer which is what I do at work all day. Instead, I was prescribed distance glasses with a tiny bifocal segment at the bottom which does not allow me to see my computer screen unless I keep my head tilted back continuously. I contacted the office to see if the situation could be rectified and received an email with options which I didn’t understand. I’ve given up and accepted that I paid a fair amount of money for glasses that are not what I need.

I was a long-time patient of Dr. Sowby until he retired, but stayed with the Burbank Optometrist because the quality of service and staff has always been phenomenal. This is the best place to go for eye care needs!

I haven't been to many eye doctors in my life but I would imagine they should all be like Burbank Optometric Center. Everyone took the time to make sure I understood everything. Great place.

I’m always well taken care of when I have an appointment at Burbank Optometric Center but this visit was an emergency visit and it was truly a blessing to have an Optometric team that cares enough to go above and beyond to get you seen by Dr Nishida. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for Dr. Nishida as well, who gave up her lunch to help me. I will forever be a patient! ️️

My 3 y/o really enjoyed her first visit with Dr. Lori Nishida-Eugenio. Dr. Lori and her staff were so sweet and made my daughter feel at ease throughout our visit. It is like having a beloved teachers or family members helping us the entire time. Dr. Lori really has a gift for working with children as the evaluation process felt more like a fun game for my daughter. The facility is beautiful and clean and COVID protocols made us feel very safe. Thank you for such a great experience! Looking forward to our follow up visits.
