Burbank Town Center reviews
19The mall at the Burbank Town Center looks as if it opened yesterday, the modern and spacious vibe makes for a fun trip to the mall, a decent amount of stores with room for more to develop includes a decent shopping experience complete with a Movie theater, a food court and even a bowling alley arcade. Bring your kids, brings your friends, it’s a great time. There’s a huge parking lot right outside the mall and it’s super convenient.
Bad selection of stores.far inferior to other malls in LA (e.g. Village). Small food court and expensive taxes vs.other locations in LA.
Absolutely not recommended.
A word of warning to anyone walking thru this mall: do not let the massage scammers stop you and con you into getting a massage.i went from wanting just a simple 15-minute neck and shoulder deal (in the weird reverse chairs they have out in the open) to getting coaxed into the worst massage i’ve ever had in their barebones massage shop upstairs (wherein i had to endure the sound of someone disgustingly slurping noodles for almost the entire session). For some reason there were two people “massaging” me and it went for about 70 minutes but they lied and said it was 90 and charged me as such, even tho i specifically said i wanted 60 minutes total.one person was soullessly rubbing my feet in a way that did no feel therapeutic at all while the other just maliciously battered my back and caused an awful lot of pain.this was easily the worst “massage” i’ve ever had and to top it all off they charged me $200.i felt like calling the police to report an assault and robbery.don’t fall for this scam! Aside from this it’s a great mall but i feel responsible to warn others of my experience.
To be completely honest with you there's nothing in Burbank I don't absolutely love. This place especially. It has everything I need.
Very nice mall to kill time while kids were at the arcade (Round 1). Security guard was super nice and helpful to this outsider as I was trying to figure out how to cut through the mall to find my way to Boba Loca which has the most amazing drinks. Very cute town, friendly people.
This is a sad mall. It's pretty, but it's missing something. I suppose "dull" explains it. It has one too many of those low quality, low priced "in style" type of clothing stores where petite or well developed young girls shop to go out to the clubs. They're foot massage place sucks. Several empty spaces.
Honestly boring stores in that mall. Its so huge but nothing to look at in and out in less than one hour. Great arcade for the family tho. That's the highlight if you ask me.
It's good and simple. Went there to see a movie, lots of food places to eat. Its pretty clean a bit noisy since it's located in a business district area.
Not bad, considering the renovation and the pandemic! Just sad to see that 50% of business has shut down most stores. But you can see that people are starting to come back slowly but surely!
They have a lot of stuff going on there. Go shopping then have a good dinner. If you don't like what's at the Town Center to eat. Theirs plenty of options within walking distance.
Huge mall with the best assortment of stores. Especially since they remodeled. Also a movie theater and multiple spa options if you need to relax.
Don't forget to check out the food court in the basement it has a great selection of grub.
Firat time going to Five Guys, but was very happy with my visit. Despite it being late, the food was still very good and absolutely worth the visit.
My involvement in the shopping center has been an exemption. They have gone to all my shopping needs from garments, shoes, kinds of furniture, and café. The director and his representatives are quite simple to work with. Much obliged to you for making my shopping experience so fun!
It is nice to be able to just walk around and enjoy the good weather and scenery. There are so many shops to stop into or just site see. Plus, it is usually peaceful and quite, so 100% the place to have to have a family outing.
Beautiful town center, really gives you that small town feel even though we are in the middle of l.a. There's tons of delicious places to eat here such as guisados, Finney's, shake shack, mamma Hong's, taste of India ect.the list is very long, and on top of that just the general ambiance is an experience to behold. Nice place to enjoy a beautiful socal sunset while eating some good food.
Great food as always and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend going to this one if you're looking for a tasty burger from In N Out.
We ate at In and Out. Even though we were in line before they were officially opened, they were taking drive through. You got to love them for food consistency and great customer service.
Burbank was a really great I’m Mall the visit Old Navy was really great they let you try on the jeans so we were able to purchase clothes from there Macy’s was a little different there was hardly any people there working so it was hard to find someone to help you but it was pretty good they had a very good food selection walking around was pretty good we were able to shop at Victoria’s Secret pick out a few items to get measured so in all it was a pretty good day
This is the only mall we go due to the proximity.of the place, alot of parking space and.not too crowded and all the stores I like is here
