On a Tuesday my daughter and I were at the Burberry store in Livermore. First we had to wait in line outside for 1/2 hr because the store was only letting one customer at a time into the store. Apparently only 2 associates, and a security guard were working at the store. And then you’re treated as if you’re going to steal something because your followed by a salesperson the entire time. Will never ever go into that store again!

What an awful experience. More like a Walmart than a high end store. They will have you wait outside for 20 minutes even though there’s only 1 customer in the entire storw

I received a purse as a gift, and because it was a gift, i received 3 weeks after purchase. I came back to the store to exchange with a receipt and it was about 2 months after purchase. Before i came, i called and the representative told me the manager would understand and override. It was 1 hour drive to the store and got in line to wait for 30 min. Spoke to the store manager Ivette Trujillo. She had very bad attitude, treated with a serious face and her eyes were rolling. Even after inspecting the bad, she said it was brand new but then she said it was crashed. Then she shaid it was the store policy that she couldn't break. She didn't care that it was a late gift. The whole time i felt very disrespect and unwelcome. I walked out to Prada and bought a hand wallet, shirt and shoes for total of over $3,000 that i could have bought them at Burberry if she led me exchange the purse for $1,349. She didn't want me to spend money at Burberry. And i will never go back there and will tell my friends to not give me gifts from Burberry.

It was a decent experience. Is there real discount? Not all of them, it's mostly past season clothes that is same price before the inflation/new dress. The price they show you in discount, it's a past season price vs "was" is a current price from retail. Most Burberry fans are smart about it and know which one is a past season items vs outlet items.

For example, "Burberry Classic Check Cotton Belted Dress Taupe Brown Color" is originally price $550 in a year go and the "was" $750 something at current 2023 price for new design dress.
The belt and scarf is clearly an outlet items with design and lose cloth.

Pros: Outlet contains some past season items if you never get a chance to buy it before the inflation. Fun trying out the clothes.

Con: Waiting in line, customer service. Price don't match on some items, watch out for that.

They don't accept returns, if you buy something you can't return it and they don't tell you that until after you make the purchase. After completing your purchase you can't do anything anymore

8/25/20: Today they did not have anything I wanted but one leather from their regular Burberry store runway gilet, but it was not in my size. 50% off from the fall, 2019 regular Burberry store price. 9/7/20: I had called the store the other day & was put on hold 3 times. Twice they never got back to me. I wrote a complaint online on Burberry's website, & this morning the website person located the size of the $2,090.00 vest gilet I wanted to buy, so I am buying it online. The woman that worked in the store said it was not in my size anywhere! If they work on commission, the Livermore store gal lost a big commission. It pays to complain for bad service. Burberry online customer service director, Darren D, in London, England, was great! I should say Katerina, customer care person in London, was wonderful, trying to help me buy the vest gilet online even after their digital sale was over. I bought the gilet vest, down from their original 2019 from their regular Burberry store runway show price of: $4,190 to $2,267.66! That includes California state sales tax. It arrives on September 18th. It will be my birthday present for myself. I need to travel back to NYS in winter when NYS let's Californians visit their state without the current 14 day quarentine due to Covid. Last year I bought a beautiful red plaid jacket at this store. It was originally at their regular store too. I don't care if the outlet has last year's regular store offerings, if the options are classic beautiful well made designs. I bought numerous Burberry clothes at their Vacaville store in the past. Always top quality marked downs from their regular stores. I also shop in their regular stores & favor their Regent Street flagship store in London. 1 thing I did not appreciate at the Livermore store was that they had numerous men's items NOT on sale on sale racks. My helper had NO explanation for this but said it was a normal practice. That was annoying. 3/31/21: I found a nice black long winter coat from their fall, 2019 runway show on sale. So I bought it, along with a classic red plaid shirt. I was happy, but they claimed that they have no garment bags! May, 2021: I found a nice new tee. June, 2021. I found 2 nice tops that fit, so I bought them. March, 2022: I found nice black ️ stretch waist trousers that fit, so I bought them! Burberry does not make clothes specifically for their outlet stores. All outlet stores only sell their regular stores past season merchandise. I got a bargain! March 31,2023: I found 2 nice tee-shirts for the summer. I'm going to London in May. I may wear them there.

Actually, it doesn’t worth for any star for this shop.

I just experienced a very bad customer service from Burberry outlet in Livermore. We waited outside for about 20 minutes and would like to return the shoes we bought last week. After we finally got inside of the store, the service totally different from the last week. I believe it is because we already tell the sales who let us in that we just want to do return. No one came to greet and see if we need any help. We just waited in front of the counter for another 10 minutes and we needed to seek for the help.

I had good shopping experiences last week when I purchased a cape and shoes. The sales really kind and helpful. I can’t believe their service is so different if they know you don’t plan to buy anything from them today.

I will tell people who plan to come to this Burberry outlet in Livermore, don’t need to come and spend money/time here. It doesn’t worth at all. The service is good only when you purchase with them. Otherwise, they don’t even want to talk to you at all.

I suggest the manager of this Burberry outlet should train the employees again. Or if you don’t care about your customer shopping experiences, you can ignore of course.

Have no idea why we waited almost 30 min to get in, when there's less than 10 people inside! If you really want something, go ahead! But if not, don't waste your time there

Rubbish service, there is no one in the store and customers are asked to wait outside? If the reason is to improve service, then the time customers wait outside is enough to make people angry!

Unless you are really passionate about the brand or insist on watching it, it is tiring enough just to wait in line for at least 2-30 minutes to jump in, and this is in the morning on a weekday, not a holiday! Then there was Yong, a clerk who was probably Korean. His service attitude was really not very good. He had an old age face and a heavy English accent that was hard to understand. He kept an eye on people all the way, as if to guard against thieves. I bought everything and ended up with it. It doesn’t feel good to be looking at people behind the counter like I’m spying on them even when I want to stroll around the store!
