Always an amazing experience. My family has been coming here for our machines and repairs.
Walked in left my orbiter by Oreck for an electrical cable cord for 29.99 and labor 49.99, done a day early, 2 day repair.
Service was super nice and knowledgeable. If I ever have trouble with my sewing machines again I will be coming back here
I purchased a 4,000.00 embroidery machine 2 years ago. It has been back for repair 4 times.yes FOUR.thats every 6 months.
Each time i was assured it was fixed and charged 85.00.2 visits ago they decided it was the arm.under warranty. Yet charged me 85.00.
Picked up new arm a week ago. Machine did not act right. So i decided my husband could do just as good of a job.he did. It is fixed and i am embroidering
The stores only suggestion was to trade it in and upgrade.more money for them, of course
I think i am due the 85.00 back, at a minimum
Small business Saturday! This place has all your needs for vacuum & sewing. Years of experience in the business & on 3rd Ave. If they do not have what you need, they can order it. Saved me a lot of $$ in repairs.

I just called to find out if they have a bobbin case for a Singer 5400, I provided part number (JO1313ZW), but I was told I needed to bring in the sewing machine to be looked at. Ridiculous response!
