16Absolutely the worst Burger King in the world without a doubt. No matter if you order one 8 piece nugget or one soda it takes at least 15 minutes and that’s with no line at all. They read your order back to you in the drive thru before giving you the total and then read your order to you again at the window to pay AND THEN STILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG! Complete trash
Literally waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and then at the order area for another 30. Until an employee came on and meekly said they were closed? Why not just have an automated message say it instead of having us wait. And why are the closing times not updated? It closed at 10: 30 but it says 12 am on the doors and website? Not super mad but a tad bit annoyed.
Very rudely said they would not serve me inside without a mask. I walked there without one. Will never eat at any burger king again.
The wait in the drive thru was 15 minutes and I was the 3rd car in line. You cant pay with a card in the drive thru only cash. This Burger King is always out of stuff. This is the worst Burger King ever.
When I went to this particular location this afternoon (August 10,2021), I specifically ordered a Whopper with meat, bun, ketchup, and cheese. They gave me a Whopper with meat, bun, ketchup, cheese, mayo, and a stray onion. Plus the fries weren't as great as they used to be when I would go there.
Additionally, every time my brother Justin ordered online from there, they either cancelled his order or screwed it up.
I will never forgive this particular location for what they did today, and I am SO never gonna go there again after what happened.
I will not eat at this place ever again! I've had enough! I went there several times and I didn't feel I got the service I deserved so now I quit. During several of my visits, the employees didn't know what they were doing, looked tired, upset or annoyed, the place ran out of the items I ordered.it was a mess. I walked into the lobby and I didn't like the cleaness of the work environment either. There's water on the floor from a sink in the front and that concerned me as a slipping and falling hazard. I even heard complaints from Doordashers! This place needs an overhaul! I don't know how they're still in business. I know they won't see my business there anymore! Eat there at your risk! You have been warned.

20 minutes in line for some nuggets and a burger? It's not like you shouldn't be properly staffed at 8 on a Friday right? Unprofessional staff and service.
Went in to the restaurant to order because the drive thru was full. They were understaffed but Rogelio kept it together. Great customer service!
3 employees to run a drive thru service, so we went inside. No one was available to take our order. EVERYONE was working hard, but just too many people. We left, as did others.
I ordered at drive thru. Drove to window and payed with card. I asked for a receipt and was given a blank receipt. I told him there's nothing on it and he told me the machine was broken. I asked him to please write down the amount and initial it and I was told he was to busy. He told me he was the manager and to file a complaint if I didn't like it. I asked who his supervisor was and he slammed the window shut. I will never go there again.
Bad place for dining! Still closed up unlike all other BK's. Absolutely NO specials! Unbelievable!
Pulled into the drive through at 9: 50pm. They close at ten. Nobody answers at the drivethrough speaker but I see employees inside so I drive to the window. The cook sees me and hides. A minute later a girl comes to the window. I ask if they are open she says "yes sorry nobody was on the headset". I tell her what I want. She closes the window to input my order and then the cook yells something from the back. She then opens the window and tells me they don't have any food! The cook clocked out early Sat night 5/29
I went through drive threw with my family. They told me to wait for my food up front, I waited for 30 minutes. I went inside to see what happened and she said she was sorry she had forgotten about me and started to make my order.
Its unfortunate this is the only close place to get a whopper. The management and staff here could use a course in treating the customer with respect and how to be polite insted of rude. Just saying. Good luck. Maybe your experience will be different. I honestly hope so.
The menu was very limited. They was out of everything. I couldn't order a shake 3 hrs before they close because they said the shake machine was already down for the night. I spent $30 dollars on food that was cold. I will never go back to this store. No wounder jack in the box line was so long across the street. #nexttimegotojack.
