20Drive through slow, sat in a line of 4 cars for over 10 minutes without any orders being taking or made on my last visit.
If I could rate with less than one star I would.worst fast food experience. I will not be going back to this BK.waited 20 min just to place my order. Food was wrong and cold.onion rings were completely inedible, over cooked and hard as a rock.my burger was cold.no ice in my soda, only small and medium available for some reason.they said they were out of condiments too.would not recommend.
So slow, I can't even believe it. Then we got to the window and they told us they are out of fries the nuggets that our meal was supposed to come with. He asked if we wanted a cookie to replace the missing nuggets. We have been here for at least a half hour. This is just insane. We will never come here again.
They are always out of shakes, the guy took forever to take our order and to serve. He also seemed stoned. I am in the drive thru at the moment and he hasn't served anyone for about 10 minutes.
I ordered a #7 sandwich only. The chicken patty was so over cooked, you couldn't even bite into it. I also ordered a 4 piece Mozzarella sticks and I received a 4 piece Chicken fries.
It's Burger King. It's supposed to make you feel badly about the decision to go there. It didn't disappoint. 'Nuf said?
Drive through experience was not exactly up to my fast food expectations. A long wait before
I could order. Then, when I ordered Hershey's chocolate shake I was informed it no longer included whipped topping. I was told Burger King wanted to cut back on fattning items. Well, that was a disappointment and the price was higher. Welcome to 2022, goodbye Burger King
The world's slowest burger King. 30 minutes in the drive through when there was only three cars. Place needs new employees.
Worst experience with fast food ever place was filthy customer service was terrible the guy Frank who stated he was the manager was so unprofessional and had long hair and no hairnet and told my child to cover her mouth!
You will need a little patience here, there a little short staffed drive thru times run about 10 minutes or so, but there trying.
Even using covid for an excuse this BK always seems to be out of something? Covid must have effects on their main supply source for chicken, coke, bbq sauce, Onion rings.
Stood in the store for 10min usted not a single employee knew I was waiting at the lobby. Poor poor service. Nobody checked the cash registers for a long time…
Just “tried” go in the drive thru waited 20 mins. The guy working the speaker was extremely rude and kept asking us if we were someone new and my husband responds with “it’s just me still” and he replies with “of course it is, we’ll get to the people behind you in an hour. ” Like I get it, you hate your job/hella busy but jfc. We asked the people behind us in the drive thru if we could back up and let them know the guy working the window was being super rude. I get it’s Burger King but my husband just wanted something quick and it was a complete disaster. We will never go back there.
Worst Burger King I've ever been to in my life. Guy at drive through was rude af. We ordered meals, he never once asked what size or what to drink. When we asked for drinks, he said they had no drinks that weren't diet, asked for tea, we got an "I guess". When we pulled up to pay, they were out of tea as well. Didn't give us our whole order, and unnecessarily out jalapenos on mine when I'm allergic. Definately list my business for sure!
We went there at 730am and no one was there to take our order, it was closed. The lights for the drive through were on but no one responded. We drove up to the window and no one was there. We did not see anyone in the building. We happily took our money to MacDonalds which was open and we like their coffee better than Burger King.
I’m going to be fair as the staff working are polite and have great attitudes as they are understaffed and people are way too inconsiderate of that fact. They wait in drive thru was rather long but if I didn’t like it I could go home and cook. Besides the wraith the 2 people were did their absolute best and I was pleased with the service. What we as the general public need to realize is that there is not a line of people lining up to work in our society so let’s try to be a little kinder to those that are. The reason for staff shortages is not due to any fault of the current employees it’s due to the laziness of society as a whole the same reason we go theu the drive thru rather than cooking for our selves
Manager frank should be demoted and pay wage cut I know everyone needs a job but he does not deserve to be manager I am physically burned since I was 10 months old I have lost a lot of weight on account of unkind people like him insuling me and all because I asked for condiments for my order he called me names on account of my physical appearance and gave me a hard time for reasons that had nothing to do with me he refused to give me his name he refused to let me speak to manager and he refused to give me my receipt.
Its either an hour wait or they tell you they just closed after waiting that hour will never be going to any BK ever again
Terrible service, slow drive thru, and angry manager! Ordered a medium whopper meal combo and was told they were out of medium cups so I would have to get a small or large. Normally they would just give you a large cup with your medium meal but she insisted and argued that I would have to then pay for a large combo! When I arrived at the window an adult employee seemed to be intimidating the young girl working the window, I asked if the adult employee was the manager and she was, I talked to her and found out she was the on who argued with me over the cup, I expressed my amazement that they would not just give me the bigger cup and she stated she was told to charge by her boss then got mad and slammed the window shut.
The cash register person put the fingers and all your food as they're making it for you or putting it together in the bag after handling your money the restaurant is not cleaned at the time I was there and I was very disappointed did not feel safe with the virus out there
