Mozzarella sticks were Luke was. The Italian chicken sandwich. Chicken was Luke warm, and the cheese was not at all melted. Will not be going back to this particular shop again

Poor customer service at drive through window. Badgering me about coupon code, wasn't able to see code on coupon, wouldn't let me finish my order unless she had the code. When I asked if I could give her the code at the window I got back a bit of attitude, I'm sure if I could see through walls I would have see her eyes rolling, I definitely heard the "ugh".

Showed up at 10: 15pm and they were already closed. Tried to knock and see but the workers ignored us. If this place closes at 10 please update your times… right now it says 11.

Sign said open at 7am went from work for breakfast at 7: 49 dinning room still closed. Went through drive thru ordered french toast sticks and they were greasy and burnt. I had to go back to work I tried to call 19 times none answered the phone. No time to go back. Did not get a receipt. Extremely disappointed!

The frozen coke machine is often down, and their online menu has some discrepancies with the location, but that's on corporate, not this location, everything else has been good

Tried to get some clarification about ordering through the app and getting a special offer and these employees are completely rude and very combative at this location.
I will definitely be telling everyone I know to stay away from this Burger King.

Hadn't been in a while. Ordered whopper Jr meal. Girl beside the counter was very happy and nice. Dining room was empty except for one couple.

Super clean and the staff are very nice and very accommodating. Thank you guys for our lunch today! Cheers!

Impossible burger was AWESOME! First time eating it. Tasted same as a whopper! Im in love!

Ive only been to this location twice. First visit i had the bk big fish. Harrible. Burned black, dry, salty, inedible. 2nd visit Bk big fish with whopper just in case. Again the fish was burnt black, dry, salty, inedible. The whopper was the worst whopper i have ever had. I took the meat out, ate that then threw out the rest. Never ever going back there

No more salads, just small menu of burgers. Got a burger and shake.over $11.wow.nothing fancy either just their whopper. Limpy piece of lettuce. Come on.lettuce is part of the enjoyment of a burger. That Crunch. And seemed as if my bun was smashed. And not being a karen.ugh. I am always polite when ordering. People don't seem to speak with manners anymore either. Love it when you go somewhere and they sound bright an cheerful and polite. I have a burger probably 8 times a year. I did however enjoy my shake.

A little pricey, but I think that the gourmet dine in aspect makes up for it! Great service too!

Best breakfast deal around. Great sausage egg & cheese croissants, 2 for $4. Fast friendly service, decent food & excellent price. Clean restrooms, too.

Better then McDonalds but not as good as In n Out or Whataburger. The Texas whopper with jalapenos is pretty decent though.

Burger King, in my estimation needs to improve before they get my $$ again. They continue to change their app and removed the rewards that earned. It's not possible to keep up with all the intricacies of their program. Good Bye BK, you just lost another good customer.

Accessibility: they have accessible parking in front of the building and a drive-thru with a very well lit menu.

Experience: I went through the drive-thru and the service was very fast! The food tastes great too! The employee working at the window was a nice, young guy. This Burger King looks brand new and great from the outside! Great experience.
