Burger King, Chula Vista CA

$36 for three burgers, one order of onion rings and one order of fries AND they can't even get the order correct. It's printed correctly on the receipt, definitely got charged for extra's and didn't receive them. NEVER AGAIN.

The drive through service is terrible. Sandra is only half listening. I had to repeat my order 5 times. Bacon BBQ chicken sandwich, small fries, small dr pepper. Fries were cold like they were there for an hour. You know when they get so cold they're inedible? Yeah, that. Bacon was actually cold like from the refrigerator cold and the chicken patty was luke warm. I had to ask for a receipt because you will not get one unless you ask. She handed me a slip of paper that was eligible. You can't read anything that was printed on it. She's done this last month when I stopped for breakfast. The food was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. A customer no more.

I’ve gone many times to this location and the burgers are always cold. Most of my visits have been through the drive-through. I don’t know what it is but I hope this problem is rectified soon. By the way I’ve been going here for years and it’s never gotten any better.

Been here 3 times. Each time they’ve messed up my order. And they never answer the phones. 0/5 stars. Other Burger Kings in this area are great.

I had ordered a small coke and a bacon croissant sandwich. Not the combo. When I got to the window the young man said $9.00. I thought that was kinda expensive but didn't question. He handed me my coke, I had to wait for the sandwich. Of course no receipt. This was about 9: 30 am. Then I went to another Burger King close by around 10: 30 am and the cashier was so sweet told me I could get 2 sandwiches for $4.00. Plus my coke it came to $7.60. Thank you for the Bonita Road place for not telling me about the special and basically charging too much.

Would be nice if it said that it's drive thru only after 9 somehow on here. Did I miss it maybe? Rip. I can see my order on the counter.

Cashier needs to be welcome and not be so distracted. Especially when it's slow. I don't know who the other person was but they weren't so friendly either. The cook was the only super friendly employee came and gave my baby a crown.

Ordered at 8: 00 am. Manger said my order back correctly but for some reason rang up my coffee the wrong size and gave me the wrong sandwich. When I came back for the correct sandwich she said she couldn't understand me at the speaker. Pulled up to the window and handed back the sandwich and she gave me the correct breakfast sandwich but unheated. She was also very rude even though I was friendly about the situation. I don't understand why I was treated like an inconvenience when I was the one who had to turn around and go back through the drive through. Very rude person!

Love their TACOS, and ALWAYS forget to have them fresh out of the fryer or burgers straight off the broiler. Lobby looks nice and clean, no one dining inside at this location during my lunch.

Waited a long time to order. The lady said drive thru comes first. Counter has to wait. Wouldn't mind that if at least was acknowledged that we were at the counter. Food cold. And soda machine was out of all sodas except 2.

Worst food ever! This Burger King is slow but their food quality is gross. The fries are cold and fried in old oil. Beef patty raw inside. The staff is lazy and young man cashier gives you attitude. Needs new managers. Never again!

Everything I ordered was not even edible.
I’m writing this review because I just got home from this drive thru. When I got my change I drove off not seeing that they didn’t give me a receipt. The mozzarella sticks were horrible. Like Orange glued sticks. In the photo you can see the orange stuff in the middle, that was like hardened glue. I’m about to drive back and make them give me a refund. So nasty dude!

They don’t have a real phone number it’s a magic jack that never connects they don’t give u a receipt I have gone three times and they always get my order wrong the patties are COLD and I’m so tired after work to drive all the way back it’s not worth wasting your time here and I was over charged today but of course the phone number is not real so I’m going to spend more on gas going back and wasting time when I’m Justin trying to unwind after work!

Whoppers didn't have much flavor and the bun was very dry and fell apart. The fries are ok.

Not a pleasant dinner. My whopper came to my table with no onion and no tomatoe. Very disappointed since I was looking forward to a decent dinner (usually not bad at burger King). My fries where warm. Like they have been sitting for a while. Not stopping at this place again.

I was excited about getting the Bacon King, and it got me so sad and disappointed ️, I guess the king lost the crown long ago, too bad they don't make the food as it supposed to be, as before when Burger King was the King, there is no point to pay for something you will not get.

If you want a Low Carb burger, or bunless or protein burger you might as well go to Carls Jr or In & Out cause here, they will slap a patty with pickles and tomatoes on a bed of lettuce, give you packets of keychup and will still charge you $7.
