Ewwwwwwww i may sound like a karen but give me a refund cause my food had a hair on it i demand one or i will call police bruubhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

What you'd expect from a fast food restaurant, quality-wise. Unfortunately, despite not having many cutomers they still forget part of your order and ignore you when you try to flag them down. Do not recommend.

I haven't dined in here in years. The cashier that attended me was very nice. The inside was clean & the food was good.

The absolute most ridiculous Burger King I've ever been to. If you want to spend an hour in the Drive-Thru go ahead. And might not even have what you want in stock. Never again and I live in this town

These people don’t listen man don’t know what part of me asking for a large combo don’t they get. Gave me a small and refused to make me the large even tho I was gonna pay for it. Don’t come here terrible service ‍️

I dont usually leave reviews…. But this place was so bad that I’m making the time to write one………worst customer service ever……. Restaurant was empty and they made us wait 15 min to order……then they were rude…. Save your time and money……any other place is better…. Or just skip a meal

I have a bad experience every time I visit this place. There was no one in drive thru and employee guy had me wait approx 5 min to order my food. Then I asked for a red Fanta icee because there was a poster of it in the drive thru. He gave me a green one and said they don't do the red one anymore. I was extremely angry with the service as I am most of the time whenever I do visit BK in selma

Kids inside cursing serving dried old food. No wonder it was completely empty. Should have ran when I seen that.

I visited this burger king 1st time with my daughters.and the drive through there was only one car before me and the took 30 minutes for that car order and after that when i go to the window i wait there for long time i call the girl so many time but they never notice me my daughters was crying and there was a long line behind me ppl honk me and angry on me then one girl coming on the window and her behavior was so terrible n rude with me.she call her customer stupid and suggest me that dont come again this place.i sware i will never go there again.

Worst and ruddiest employees ever never coming to this location ever 25 min wait to be told no meat for whoppers should have put a sign up for the loyal customers. If it wasn't for the customers you would not have a job? For me and my kids it's going to be Denny's for that late night burger across the street!

Most recently I had a minor issue with this location, but there was nothing the store could do when they run out of food ordered through the app. They arent allowes to do a rain check.

The pink haired store associate was dry rude and didn't even have my order ready. They couldn't find it at first and was like we dont have that order. I could have refrained from matching her semi rudeness. Their jobs suck. I should have been more understanding, but they gave 38 their order and mine was 37.

I contacted corporate and they issued the refund for the missing food and gave me a credit for my mobile order not being ready.

The food that I was able to eat was a whopper with bacon and cheese added. It was delicious.

The worse one by far. The staff was either super slow or a lot of wrks called in today. Took half an hr.to get our order. BK on Floral Ave, Selma.

Ordered the bacon king 3 times once in person walked out got home no bacon once on door dash recievd with no bacon and after literally a half hour wait with no people in the dining area and only 4 cars in the drive through literally a half hour wait. Why? Who knows.but again I ordered another bacon king and again no bacon I'll never eat there again that was literally all 3 experiences I've had with burger King and I'm done with them no more F that!

The two female employees one the cashier and the other the cook told me and my husband that we couldn’t sit down at a table but we told the that the other tables were dirty and they didn’t do anything so we just left but my husband went back in to ask for names but they didn’t want to give it to us so we called corporate and told them what happened NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT BURGER KING EVER AGAIN!

Terrible management, and if you want to be disrespected an served gross food this is the spot for you! You’re better off eating anywhere else or at home!

Do not eat here manager joseph was sweeping picking up trash from floor and did not change gloves. Told him abot I got a bad answer from him.

Worst service ever. So I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and then i order and then right when I was about to pay this lady told me I couldn’t pay because she don’t have change for $100 bill so it was a complete waste of time.

They slow take 4 ever n milkshake machine never works and I can’t never add nothing on window they suck
