Burger King, Chula Vista CA

I went there yesterday thru the drive thru and the 2 male employees were either incredibly stupid or incredibly high! They forgot to include literally HALF of my order of 2 chicken sandwiches & 2 medium fries. They forgot the fries, napkins and the ketchup THEY asked me 3X times if I wanted and they still forgot it! The guy in glasses behind the counter was incredibly rude when I had to come back for it. I will never go back!

Drive thru has horrible service. The person taking the order doesn't speak or understand English very well and keeps repeating the wrong order. After repeating myself 5 times- she gets frustrated and has an attitude at the window

Guess what- she still order wrong and the good was greasy and cold along with her being quite rude.
This is the second time this happens with my order but this time i won't be back.

Had a wopper but the bread was a little dry and didn't taste as good as I remember it.

The place is nice and clean, it's not noisy like someplace else, the associate who was taking the order was very polite I forgot to get her name she was nice, I only waited for 5 minutes to get my ordered. I will go back again. Ginny

Staff are polite food ok but to dine in this location hasn't changed since I was in my 20's defiantly needs a remodel feels n looks old and dirty.

Your basic Burger King. I did notice that they stopped giving out crowns for kids besides that food was decent.

Went like around 10pm great service overall really nice ladies we had a big order of 7 combos no mistakes!

I’m always a little suspect of this BK, but that’s only because of its location. It seems strangely far from the main road and the seemingly abandoned parking lot behind it gives me Stephen King Langolier vibes. On another note, I do enjoy stopping by for breakfast. The hash browns are a household favorite and the sausage croissants are equally delicious. Customer service is always nice, food is fast and piping hot fresh.

This location is the WORSE. The manager is rude and does not have customer service nor care. The restroom is always not available to customers, every time I visit this location. I can not even wash my hands. This is extremely crucial especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I do not recommend you visit this location!

This Burger King is never packed when I show up. I love that! Their food is good as usual! The staff is always very nice. Im gonna call this one my favorite burger King in town!

One of my favorite go too. But the one on 3rd Ave need to rotate there bread stocks buns are slightly stail.

What is it about these low-end fast food places that insist on hiring people with LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY whose sole job it is to NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY? THIS BK is one such place! Apparently saying "ketchup only" on a burger (and a SHRINKING ONE AT THAT!) is too much for these LEP employees to handle! This chain needs to be boycotted into bankruptcy! At least this one does! It is a complete EMBARASSMENT TO THE FAST FOOD FIELD!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with spicy meat inside. The combo was a number 9. Overall, I liked the meal yet the chicken wasn’t fully cooked well as I eat a piece later that was undercooked. I like Burger King. Hamburgers though that have fresh vegetables, easy to squeeze bread and with cooked well and hot meat makes a big difference with the meal experience.

I go to the UEI college by the burger Everytime I go to order my food they always have an attitude very rude and unprofessional I come their being very polite and they always mess up my order very unorganized poor customer service honestly worst experience ever.

This Burger King most definitely gave me the best burger that I’ve ever had in my entire life from any Burger King that I’ve ever visited. It was the most delicious burger that I have ever had. Thank you so much to the kind employees and courteous workers that work at this Burger King for delivering such an outstanding product from a Burger King. I did not know such a thing was possible. Thank you so much guys for your hard work and I hope that you get rewarded for your outstanding service.
