Burger King, Visalia CA

The food is always hot and freshlike the line is usually kept short enough to read over the menu and order when ready.

I come into Visalia many times during the year and frequent this Burger King. Last night (October 28th) I witnessed a very disturbing event. An employee, lady (wearing glasses) behind the counter, was yelling and screaming at another employee in view of customers. The young man she was yelling at was the only person actually working! Everyone else was sitting around, laughing and really enjoying what was going on! How unprofessional and cruel! I actually walked out! If management reads this I hope you do something about this! I’ve been in the restaurant business for many years and have never witnessed anything like this! Hire the right people please! Don’t hire out of desperation! I will not eat there again! BURGER KING, you just lost a good customer!

The manager there needs more training on how to communicate with customers. Me and my fiance went through the drive thru and thought we were getting dinner instead we got attitude.

Pulled into drive thru and ordered and sat in the same place for 10 min with 3 cars still ahead of me. I left without food. This is the second time bad service at the drive thru. Won't be a third.

The service was excellent.
I had to wait longer than usual but it was also on a Sunday and about noon, so I can live with that.
That messed up my order but made up by giving me a larger drink.
Overall it's a good meal for a decent price.
Get the app, if your going to Burger King, they give you extra stydf.

I feel for the employees of this site. I have tried to eat inside a couple of days ago and today but the AC is out. I give props to the staff for working in that heat. It has to be 120 in that kitchen.

My wife was at this location last week and she told me that there was this one guest that had ordered a frozen coke for a $1.00 and of course there is tax on that but this person didn't have it just the dollar and that the employee wouldn't give him the drink with out him being given the tax. My wife gave the employee the change so that this guy could have his drink my thing is we live in an area that is extremely hot and you are going to refuse to give someone a drink over change How petty are you.

Went in stood there for a few minutes no one even acknowledged me finally I kind of stood over to the side to let them know hey I'm here cuz they were so busy talking so then after that she's like oh good morning and she walked away and 2 minutes later which is a long time for staying there waiting I mean I said can you take my order and she's like yeah after I washed my hands and it's only because she was too busy talking and very rude I've been going to this Burger King for 13 years since I start working at hobby lobby.and in this last year I have never had so much problems with the employees being rude or it taken very long time to get our food orders and we try to support local right here but someone needs to get a hold of that store

Well a friend and I went to the drive thru with coupons and we had separate orders at the window they told us 2 coupons per car we had 3 coupons so I had to get out and go inside to order, then they ask my friend if she has exact change or a card because they had no change at 3pm. As I'm inside they only had a few drinks to serve no utensils no condiments and no change. Thanks for having it our way.

Breakfast croissant sandwich it was smashed together. On the picture the bread is nice and light. They need work on the presentation. Service was very good and speedy.

My wife is pregnant and she has been craving their chicken sandwich. Texas whopper is also good

Dropped by to pick up a hamburger on the way home. Drive through was slow and they tried to give me food twice. Good thing I’m honest.
