Burger King, Vacaville CA

Food was fresh and great, but the customer service was terrible. No one in front of me and took 5 minutes just to take my order, then when I said I had a promo code the woman (who I would assume is the manager) says something under her breath to the tune of "you couldn't have told me that first". Just rude. If you hate your job that much, find something else.

Useless in the morning.what's the point of even being next to a truck stop with truck parking? Completely Pointless.

Horrible management she kicked me out because I told her she can’t be talking to her crew bad she called them stupid nd was cussing and very rude to me even called cops highly recommended she get fired if you want good environment don’t go here

The store manager is not a nice nor friendly person. She is racist and rough. The crew members are somewhat kind.

Food had so much grease you could see through the wrapper. Tasted old. At 10am the doors were locked no restroom for customers. Very bad, they must be under new ownership or management something is very wrong with this place.

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger to go from the value menu and so disappointed got in my car amd drove away to find out they gave me a single cheese burger no bacon but got charged for a double with bacon and not so much of a value almost 4 dollars for a burger that was made wrong

I respect this place for never changing, have it your way always plus they still have crowns!

A rude white woman isn’t show friendly to Deaf at the front door. When I was trying to communicate with my gestures and she was ignore then left me without communicate like write a note. Unprofessional. Hope no problems to Deaf customers in the future. Need to training for employees how to show friendly and communicate than give me negatives.

Check your bag, I ordered a large whopper meal and another large fry. One fry was full, the other was half full, so basically a small. Asked for ketchup and was given 4 packets, I asked for more and got attitude, won't be giving anymore of my money to this one

Only app/drive thru service, Dinning room is been closed for a few years, app order isn't followed by workers inside of restaurant

They don’t even know there menu. Worst service ever and you better check your bag and Receipt

I had a breaded chicken it was very dry with no condiments the french fries were cold I recently visit this site and I should know that I should not dine with them any longer I don't think I'll be back

Check the bag, then check again. The only reason I keep going to this BK is because it's close and convenient to my home. Always, without fail, they forget something. There's been times when I've had to circle the drive thru twice because they still missed an item. I realize people make mistakes once in a while but it's getting a little ridiculous when the receipt literally tells you exactly what to put in the bag.

If you order a burger before lunch, you can be sure to get an undercooked patty which will lead to food poisoning. Happend to me 3 times at this location. I shouldve never gone back after the first time it happened
