Burger King, Gridley CA

Food was fine but services was insanely slow. Drive through took 14 minutes from when we placed our order until the time we got our food.

The service was fast. Food was fast and hot. The dinning area was clean.
Mind you this was at 3 on a Monday with moderate traffic

Burger King does a great job with their mobile offers. In today's times when everything is going up in price, it's nice to still find good deals and eat on a budget. Ty BK.

Long wait in drive thru even though nobody was ahead of me. Messed up my order. The wait is very common. Probably the worst burger king i have been to.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had there was two cars the in drive through and it took them 26 mins just to get my order the man wouldn’t even open the window to take my money he just ignored it. The night manager was no help and proceeded to tell
Me my frustration was not warranted because they were taking orders there was no sorry even said

I got the nastiest oldest mozzarella sticks from them. The cheese was so old and overcooked that it was a tiny thin rubber layer and it had texture like plastic. They were so cold and stale i threw them away immediately. Then tried them again and again a few weeks inbetween to see if they have improved, which they didnt. Their fries are always freezing cold and gross even when were just pulling out of the drive through. We actually just got really sick from eating there lastnight. So disappointing i use to love burger king, but this one in gridley is nasty.

Their food always tastes the same. We love the whopper. The service was very slow. They did not have enough employees.

First off I was waiting in line for about ten minutes just to get handed cold food. I come back in for a refund and the lady in drive thru tells
me to wait for the lady in the back to do a refund. I overhear her in the back saying she wasn’t the one who made my food but I clearly seen her making my food, then lies about not doing it. I wasn’t rude I just simply asked for a refund and got nothing but attitude and disrespect back. Poor customer service no apology whatsoever. Don’t come to this place unless you want to potentially get food poisoning.

Worst place I have ever been too. Drive thru is slow. Half of the items were not available. Then microwaved me a soggy, tasteless, sauceless chicken sandwich. Threw it in the trash.

Every time I go there there's something significantly wrong Either my food's cold buns are steal they're clean is there close for no reason or whatever reason if ever reason they're just lame all altogether done going there

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the absolute trashiest restaurant I have ever been to. First off, they take FOREVER in the drive thru. Don’t even try to skip the drive thru and order ahead with the app though, because they will just put the food you ordered in someone else’s bag. The staff are extremely rude, they are always out of specific things, IE whopper patties, soda, French fries. They should honestly be shut down. Extreme garbage of a fast food restaurant.

Oh, where do I begin. Gridley, the center of heaven. I love loving here. As the day grew growling, my hungry began growl. "Oh where do I eat? " I began to question myself. As I was driving down 99 on this wondering evening of a bliss. I passed by the little restaurant known as Burger King. I pulled up. And as I was about to order this wonderful manager, handsome, young named Jose greeted me. Through the intercom. I wasn't even here for more than 39 seconds and I was already pondering, "is this real life? Or is this a fantasy? " As I was pondering what to order, Jose held my hand to while not what order to chose but what order chose me. As I finally decided what I felt best helped my hunger. Jose and I figured the 4 pc chicken nuggets which is only $1.29 would best help me. As I pulled up to the window. I didn't know how else this man could make my day even better. Oh boy I was wrong. He talked to me. He saw through all my sins. He let me know there's something to live for. As he handed me my food. He said the most important blessedly thing anyone has ever told me. "Have a good day. " I drove away in tears of joy. Knowing that I would never forget this. All in all the food was ight. But as a wise man named Aristotal Bedurkadurk said, "whether the food comes with a taste of joy or not, it is the experience that a man will never forget. " As I finish This review with a tear shed rolling down my red cherry cheeks as though it was a sun setting along the earth curvature. Jose if you're reading thank you for changing my life.

I travel for a living and must eat out on the road a lot and this is absolutely the worst Burger King in NorCal.they always seem to be out of normal menu items or it's "too early" for normal food items like a Whopper at 9: 30am plus they have terrible service (even pre-covid) I have tried to eat at this location several times over the past 2 decades always wanting to give this location another chance but I usually end up going across the street to get something to eat from a different restaurant as I'm doing right now while writing this review due to their inability to serve a customer who just whats to order something from their regular menu (I'm not trying to order odd items or do a special request) I really don't know how they stay in business.

If I could give -5 I would. Jose the "manager" argued with over luke warm chicken nuggets. I believe their slogan is have it your way, unless you come across Jose. Also claimed he didn't know corporate#. That's I have resources

Food was made wrong, didn't get what I ordered. Food was cold like it had been sitting for a long time.

Poor customer service at the drive thru window. Lady was distracted with family at the window and didn't give us the right size hash browns and kinda rude.

Just went to the drive in where the person spoke clearly and seemed to understand the order, but then we got to the window and the person opened the window to take cash then got confused as to which order we had and took 10 minutes to figure out that you give 3$ change when some one hands you a 20$ and the bill was 17$after we finally payed they had to have a manager show up and tell them how to take orders from the drive through.then after another 5 minutes they just started putting burgers in the bag with out even checking to see if the burgers were the correct burger.they still did not hand us the food as they had to go get another manager to figure out how to put food in a bag.i ordered 1 whopper with no lettuce and no pickles add jalapenos, 1 whopper with no lettuce, 1 whopper with everything, 2 medium fries, 1 order of chicken fries, 1 medium sprite and 1 medium dr pepper.what i got was cold burgers with no lettuce no pickles no jalapenos and 2 small fries and 1 order of chicken fries and 1 over flowing sprite and 1 under filled dr pepper 1 straw and the whole thing took about 45 mins and they never got our order corrrect

Always out of something at this spot in Gridley. The owner needs to stock up. Even tho it's across the street from competition I would assume everything is working and stocked for us who been loyal to the King and it's reputation. Fix your machines and take inventory.

I frequent this superb place once a month since I like the good mood that is part of this place. The staff is extremely loyal and experienced. The service is very quick. Most important, the food they serve is exceptionaly good. I visited often and I was never disappointed. The rate is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
