Burger King, Ontario CA

This location had the hottest Burger King meal that I've ever eaten, with that being said. I cannot believe how expensive it has gotten. The atmosphere is okay as it is located inside a truck stop.

This location has always offered great customer service, which is something this area can be hit or miss with at times. Every time I come to this BK, the staff is always welcoming, and the majority of those times I'm helped by Liz. She always gives great customer service, and I always see her working hard, when not helping customers. Her work ethic is something that I wish most places employees displayed these days, and is also something that employers should notice and reward. You don't find those kind of qualities at the majority of places around the country, which is why I'm taking the time to comment and give recognition to Liz for her outstanding customer service and work ethic.

Moses provided some of the best customer service ive received at a fast food establishment, great attitude and friendly. Chicken fries are delicious as always

Clean friendly fast and food was good not the usual grease soaked meal you get most places

Don't order extra tomato they are asking 2.00 a slice, these people are crazy doin nothing but ripping off the trk drivers
Sickening considering if it wasn't for us they would have no supplies at all

You’ve gotta be careful buying food at places like these, if the employee behind the counter looks at you funny when there making your food, they probably spit in it, so you’ve gotta watch them closely the whole time, and if you can’t see them making your food the whole time, then you shouldn’t eat there

I walked in there were no customers the 2 employees were standing around talking. Yet there was no ice. Table were dirty. Floor was dirty and there were flies bugging me while I was trying to eat. I threw my drink cup on the floor adding to the mess that was already there and they just stared at it like it was no problem were lazy.

Very friendly cashier, her undivided attention was refreshing, food was fresh, thank you!
Will return my next trip

Put sweetened tea in the unsweet container. This is at a truck stop. They might as well salt the fries with meth. At least then the diabetic truck driver won't pass out and kill a family of 5.

Sergio is the MAN! I come a lot and he always hooks me up with perfect orders and super friendly service

The food had some type of aroma to it and it wasn't the most appealing thing in the world. Other than that the fries were great but they had small portion sizes.

1st the good, the fries were hot for a change. The bad.the woppers both were cold. And only a 50 cent size piece of tomato. A couple of pieces of onion. And the lettuce was old and brown on top of it.
Took them back and they replaced them with ones just as bad.
And not to mention they are higher than.other BK's
In the area. I guess the figure being located at a truck stop with a captive customer base they do not have to have quality while charging more. Will he complaining to corporate.

We got mixed up order through misunderstanding but cashier 's attitude is pleasantly commendable.
