Absolutely RIDICULOUS! 30 MIN IN DRIVE THRU FOR 2 BREAKFAST SANDWICHES THAT WERE LESS THAN PAR. THEY MADE ME LATE TO WORK. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH SLOW SERVICE. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND INCONSIDERATE FOR ANYONE ELSES SCHEDULE OR DAY. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BURGER KING OR ANY BURGERKINGFOR THAT MATTER. THEY OBVIOUSLY NEED MANAGERIAL TRAINING AND/OR REPLACEMENT. I USED TO LOVE BURGER KING BUT THANKS TO THE OROVILLE LOCATION I WILL MORE THAN LIKELY NEVER RETURN.
Burger King definitely upgraded when they got a new manager. She’s polite, the store is clean and they are very quick with your order especially when you are in a hurry. I have to say I was not disappointed in my food. Everything was there and it was hot and fresh.
Worst place to go, idk why I keep trying here you sit in like for 30+ minutes just waiting for your room they take forever and are so slow
Extremely poor management.its a shame because you really have to try hard to mess up fast food, this is one of the worst Burger Kings i have ever seen.
For the last several years this Burger King in Oroville is the slowest and worst. Not only do I need to remember to record next time to show proof but 99% of the time they’re not only out of one thing but multiple things at least five things. On top of that without exaggerating if there’s three cars ahead of you in line you’re waiting for at least 30 minutes for your food so anything above her one car ahead of you you’re not getting your food with an even 15 minutes. It’s ridiculous
Not bad but they are usually out of stuff and the online menus aren't the same as the in-store menu
Can I just mention how wonderful the manager held a situation today with a customer who was being grossly rude she handled her cool. She also had the biggest smile. Burger King needed new management way to go! The lobby was clean and all the workers were working as fast as they could. I’m glad they have a good working strong team. I will be coming back
The workers were extremely rude to the customers in front of me. Calling name and raiding their voice, over what seemed to be a mistake on an order. I was not greeted, the place had garbage bits all around, and slow slow service. I decided to leave after about 10 minutes. When I went outside the employee yelled at the customer again outside and she engaged him again, making this the worst burger king experience ever for me. Don't stop here I'd recommend.

Well that was not the only worst part they took out 22mins for check out.
CHELSIE IS THE BEST MANAGER EVER AND THE FOOD IS TASTING BETTER AND THE SERVICE IS FASTER, CLEANER AND FRIENDLIER SINCE SHE HAS ARRIVED! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I don’t usually eat Burger King but when I do I get the chicken sandwich and every single time I go when that one girl is working I think it’s Chelsea my food is hot and fresh. I always get what I ordered and they are very quick. Definitely recommend if you want a quick meal
Stopped in for lunch on my way home from Walmart. And I was amazed by the young man that helped me. He was very helpful and was even coaching the guy in the kitchen on what goes on each item. He double checked orders and made sure everyone was getting everything they ordered. I will definitely be back.
They are very short staffed or something, the wait was over 30 minutes for two burgers a fry and a drink.
This fast food restaurant is ridiculous me and my aunt went to burger king and asked for 4 QUARTER POUND KINGS we pull up to the window and we only get 1 quarter pound king we asked y we didn't have the other 3 and the guy said that the lady that rung up our food only put 1 quarter pound king and a fry and we still paid the 10.85$ but they tried to have us pay for the other 3 burgers with just a refund for the other 1 burger and fry. Like why can't u just re do my order and have me pay the 2 or 3$ that I owed for the other 3 so I wouldn't be paying more money for what I was only supposed to pay for the 1 burger and fry.
