The Customer service is a joke, they run out of burger meat who does that, and I am stuck in line waiting to leave the drive thru because they say, ; we can't but a sign out there saying we don't have anymore burger meat because there Area Manager told them not to. So we are all better off going to Jack in the box, McDonald's, or Wendy's they never run out of burger meat and if they do for some reason they will put a note letting there customer know before they drive up the drive thru and waste there time in it because they care about CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Girlfriend's burger was a little dry. They only put 2 pickles on one amd 3 on the other. A bit inconsistent.
Customer service sucks and of course you can't have it your way since they couldn't get my order correct 3x.
Very Slow service on drive thru. I think u need to open lobby area for place order inside, like Taco bell & McDonald's.
By far worst experience I had. I waited there for about 20 minutes to get my order. Never again will I come to this place

We were just at the Burger King on Golden state Blvd in Turlock, Ca.
When a woman employee came up to our car and rude as could be said you need to straighten your car up so you dont hit mine. There was no need to talk to us like that. And furthermore what is an employee doing parking there anyways right in front of the business where the customers park?
That was totally unnecessary and totally rude.
Excellent spot to grab something when in a hurry. Their service is prompt, prices are convenient, good mood. Would recommend to others
Absolutely awful. Sometimes I'll drive thru just for fries or onion rings when I'm not particularly hungry. Only 1.2 miles from my home (less than 5 minutes) the last two times my rings where stone cold. I'd guess they've been under a heat lamp since noon or longer. While not worth my time to get in the car and go back. I won't stop there anymore.
Always a problem when I go to this particular BK. This time I was there 30mins before closing time and they ignored me at the drive thru. I kept yelling out hello for a few minutes and no one answered. I drove around and the employees didn’t bother to even acknowledge me whatsoever. Such horrible service. Never going to this establishment again.
