Burger King, Modesto CA

I am sorry but this experience was the worst I’ve ever had my burger was super cold even the meat only the fries were hot no sauce no napkins when I asked for napkins this lady gave me a nasty look and just put a cup with keys on the counter wich I assumed it was for me to go get some napkins in the bathroom i told her again NAPKINS she just said no no napkins and the service was nasty I wount be coming to this location any more not that they care or anything but she was just terrible and not only with she was screaming to another customer that was having trouble reading the menu i couldn’t get her name but she is short a really chubby she was handling drive thru and cashier

Sometimes they get our order wrong and have to go in and change it out. But the food is always good and hot. We never go in to eat because we live pretty close, so I can't tell you about how clean they are. The drive thru line usually moves pretty fast.

My Wife and I drive from close to Five points for this Burger King, because usually it’s the Best one in all of Modesto. This Monday night was much different. We order our meals and are told sorry we’re out of tomatoes. Okay no big deal. So we wait for our food, then while picking up the tray we ask for ketchup. We’re out of that. They had put a little on the burgers, so my Wife asked if they could squirt a little in a cup, which they did. They started to be out of a lot more items, as we overheard while dining. Come on mangers and upper management- do your jobs and order supplies! Epic Fail for your “valuable” customers and even your employees! At least the crew was still trying to do their best with what little they had. But I get it, it’s the same where I work -management that hasn’t started from the bottom, and earned it through hard work and dedication can never understand. How hard is it to stop by a store and buy some? I remember back when Burger King had large wooden built in tables and the burgers were steaming hot. They sold a three or six pack of mini burgers. Hopefully someone who’s at the Very Top of this company reads this truth, and has the integrity to make some needed changes.

This place is so so so bad! I placed a mobile order for 3 cheeseburgers and 2 fries at 3: 15. Somehow someway I didn’t get my food until 3: 45. I hate to sound rude but there was only one cook and one person assembling orders. The drive through was busy so it’s more of a staffing issue…. But it’s also an issue that they both moved like sloths. In no circumstance should my order have taken a half hour to get. The poor guys standing next to me had to wait 15 minutes to order.

So nice. She gave me son a free ice cream and soda. Clean inside and very nice to eat at

Love Burger King but every time we ask for no onions on the burgers, there's onions lol. Also why ask people if they want to add cookies for $1 if you're not going to put the cookies in the bag? We really like Burger King but this store is very mehh. They could use some employees who actually smile back and get the order right.

We come there for breakfast. They are the only place that we know have French Toast sticks
