Burger King, Fresno CA

Slow doesn't even explain it. These employees must be on drugs. Everyone who was working on November 9th at 8pm needs to be fired. I literally sat in the drive through for 20 minutes because I was trapped between cars. I left without ordering and if I did order it would have been 30+ minutes. It was not busy there were 2 people inside. I was able to go through the whole Taco Bell drive through and when I passed back by the guy who was behind me was still sitting there waiting at the window right in the same place as when I left who knows how long he was there after.

The food was good but I'm not sure why it took us so long in the drive thru. There was nobody in front of us and we waited at the intercom for a good 15 minutes before the lady was ready to take our order. I only ordered a burger and halfsies and it took another 20 minutes after ordering to get that. Not sure what was the hold up last night. They weren't busy

This place is garbage the wait time is so long for both the order and pick up window. Should close like CVS.

Walked in for lunch, no one said hello and I stood there and said oh well. You guys are doing a bang up job on customer service. I remember why I stopped coming here.

We went thru the drive thru. There were 3 cars in front of us it took about 10 minutes to get to the window (not to long of a wait) paid and was at the window for 20 minutes waiting for my food
3 burgers and 4 fries not a big order pretty standard.
And they just kept saying it will be right out we had to drop fries, I ask if my burgers were going to be cold she said we are remaking them. And everything was hot when we got home.
Atleast we had that.

Depending on what time you go you will have to wait for drive thru or to go inside to order so avoid lunch time because you will have to wait other than that the food is good

My food was terrible so I called to speak to the Manager. After waiting several minutes they hung up on me. I drove back to ask for a refund. After waiting for 20 minutes they told me there was a problem with their system and couldn't give me a refund and said I had to come back tomorrow morning. Total and utter incompertance. They messed up my order, hung up on me and then wouldn't give me a refund. Never going back!

If you get carry out here you better inspect your order before you leave three out of four times it has been wrong for me don't notice till I get home

WORST Burger King EVER! BIG sign in front “spicy chicken fingers are back! ” (not to mention MANY commercials) I went specifically for Spicy Chicken Fingers for my daughter…. I get “I’m sorry we don’t have those anymore” so I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich with just lettuce and cheese, again, “I’m sorry but we’re out of lettuce” I also order a Texas Whopper (it has jalapeños? Otherwise it’s just a regular whopper) I get told “we’re out of jalapeños” So lastly I order an original chicken sandwich and some chicken nuggets…… $38.71 later……I get home and find a spicy chicken sandwich, 2 cheeseburgers and 2 large fires and nuggets? No original chicken sandwich no sauce….

Check your bags don’t wait till you get home cause these people will miss putting stuff you order in happen to me a few times cause I kept forgetting to checking thinking it won’t happen again and by the way I call and they never ever pick up the phone

Service is super slow, took them 30 minutes to give me 4 burgers and when I asked if I could get my drink while waiting, I was denied because they were so busy when in fact there was only 1 other person who ordered ahead of me.

They always say the shake machine is down or turned off for cleaning by 6pm and they are slow workers take so long to receive my order

Ordered the quad and double stacker, what i got was no where near how the picture looked and they didnt even put bacon in it! One cup had ice, other cup didnt.girl at window was nice but cooks must-have been inna hurry smh

I like the fact that the nuggets are cheap lol and the fries really are filling with condiments for me it's efficient.
