Burger King, Bakersfield CA

I went through the Drive thru and the cashier gal was really rude she didn't even repeat the total or say anything for that matter to me. I was disgusted that I didn't even get her name. The whoppers will always be good here it's just some cashiers need more customer service training.

The food and prices were good. The employees were excellent and friendly. I enjoy the large menu and the hot food.

Chicken taste like fish, tacos so over fried that you couldn't eat. Person at window was picking nose. GROSS

Great service and great food here at this Burger King! I got their new spicy nuggets for the first time and they were wet and delicious with spiciness! Kinda excited after I ate the first nugget

The foods always great but the employees could use more training on customer service.

If it wasn't for a hobo loitering outside it would've been a more pleasant visit. But even in suburban Bakersfield more of them seem to show up.

Lady at the window with short blue hair has the worst attitude ive ever seen. They messed up my order. First my childrens bag had 0 toy and i specifically asked for one. My son is 3 and autistic his toy is his world for lunch when we decide to do a treat. Also there was lettuce on my burger and there wasnt supposed to be. The first time i called the store i got hung up on the second time i called the lady answering the phone could care less. 10/10 dont recommend unless you want to be given horrible customer service and an order missing items.

TERRIBLE. OLD food and COLD. Bread was stale and nasty, and meat was cold and greasy; like it sat in the holding bin for 3 hours. SCREW your 2 for 5 deal.

If you want a whopper to look like the ones you see in the commercials this is the Burger King to go to. They make their burgers look and taste delicious. Their fries are always fresh and crispy! They are not shy with the fries serving eighter. Good food and great staff.

Terrible service.i ordered the spider man meal wasn’t even red bun just a normal whopper normal fries and the cup wasn’t spider man and I didn’t get the hat.last time I came for the ghost pepper burger they ran out of everything and told me after I already paid for it. Both times they let me leave without telling me they ran out of everything. NEVER coming back.don’t recommend.i sound very mean but im js a teen who was excited for the Spider-Man meal waste of $20 for a meal I didn’t enjoy

Customer service is horrible now the night crew I ordered a bacon burger it tasted so nasty I opened it, it had uncooked bacon you'll see the picture below I let the crew know they said that's how BURGER KING sends their bacon now

I timed it took 4 minutes for the lady to take my order at the drive thru. I could have taken my order and been eating already at most any other fast food places, terrible. Then it took another 7 to get the food. Was in the drive thru for 11-12 mins total.

Ordered a Original chicken sandwich and it was kindy cold like it's been sitting there for a while

HORRIBLE customer service, I know it's Bakersfield but WOW. Declining to take orders and passing it off amongst them like if its a favor they're doing and not their job, and it wasn't just one employee but all of them, blatantly disregarding customers inside and drive through, and on top of that getting the orders wrong.

The food itself wasn't horrible but the service alone is enough to not go back again.

20 minute drive thru wait time that is ridiculous! Bad service to top it off and food was slapped or tossed up

The people who work at this location are nice enough. However, there are often longer than appropriate wait times. It may be that they have this location understaffed. But for such a high profile location on Stockdale Hwy, one would expect a more robust team working through the orders more efficiently.

Very clean and comfort, nice staff, and a touch screen drinks dispenser. But the kids playground disappeared after the latest modifications.

Typical Burger King great Junior chicken sandwiches just put a little honey mustard on it it's great

They messed up my order it was an inconvenience to me, yet they send me off like I did something wrong. Not cool

Terrible like always. Don't know why we even come here. Food never right and it takes so long to get your food.
