Unkempt employees with dirty fingernails and fries that taste like very old frying grease.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life. And trust me that's saying something. It opens and closes when it wants to sometimes they don't even open till lunch time. Food was cold bun was stiff

Great customer service. They forgot to add the cheese on my whopper but not everyone is perfect.

BK should close that restaurant!

Facility:
- No "Dine in" just drive through
- Trash everywhere
- Socks in front the door
- All Doors closed in opening hours
- Screens broken

Staff:
- One was smoking weed in his car
- One sitting around in the dining area
- Kids playing inside

Food:
- Everything was cold
- No Mayo or other sauces
- Order not complete

If your hungry, go somewhere else!

I gave BK another chance recently and have to give credit. Clear improvements have been made and staff was very friendly.

Opening times are not observed. The employees simply don't feel like working and simply don't even open the doors.
At the drive through you suddenly run out of meat even though you pre-ordered and paid online.

If you then try to speak to the employee in person (instead of over the intercom) he closes the serving windows and hides in the store!

Instead of offering a solution to the problem, the Burger King employee threatens to call the police if you don't leave immediately.

The store should be closed immediately!

The service is shouting, service takes long time. I don’t recommend this point to eat something.

Bad rude employees, they think they are doing a favor serving the people they actually pay their salary, not recommending at all.

Absolutely, the worst store I have ever been to, and I have been to Burger King’s all of the country and the entire world

I paid for my order online and rocked up at the drive-through to be told my order is on hold

They spoke to a manager and basically said the milkshake maker is an on and would take at least 20 minutes to be able to make a drink, remember this is an order I placed online

The guy said I can either have something else or basically have no refund!

I literally told me they cannot give me a refund because I ordered on the Burger King website and he said and I “we are not affiliated with that”
Yes, he said that the Burger King website is not affiliated with Burger King.

So I could easily lose $4 and have no drink, which, when you don’t have much money, that’s not an option, or I could have some random thing, I don’t want, or have no refund basically I’m just lose out

Well, he actually said I ordered on the app and I said I didn’t order on the app I ordered on the website to which said oh yes we’re not affiliated with that

I was then stuck in the car park for 20 minutes, waiting for the machine to get up to temperature so I can have the drink that I paid for

When the guy came out with the drink and food, he was so miserable. Not sure if it was because it was raining or if it is because the machine was off and they didn't want to turn it on, but he was so unhappy. Didn't say a thing when I opened the window, just looked unhappy.
After I said thanks, he waited for a moment then said "anything else for you" in a condescending tone.

Oh and the burger, which was custom toppings so should be fresh, was COLD. Utterly freezing cold to the point I think they made it before the milkshake and just left it out waiting for 20 mins.
When I say cold, I mean I checked it with a thermometer too and it was 9c! 9c is cold! Very cold!

I’m also is a disabled chronically ill, so this is a nightmare for me. I hate Burger King as it is to be honest, but there isn’t much else around here, but to be able to hold items they don’t have, and they literally tell you and you cannot have a refund? !

Pretty sure it’s against the law to seeing you cannot give someone a refund.

Awful store, and the manager was so rude and staff member that came out was worse.

Miserable and rude staff, with cold food and machines turned off that should be on or we shouldn't be able to order the items.

Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order since they do not open at the times stated online, then they didn’t even have the food in stock to make my order. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for no reason, please change your hours online so people can’t pay for food if you aren’t going to be open.

The DM yelled profanity’s at me threw my credit card at me and slammed window after refusing to give me the breakfast deal.

This burger king is really nice. They got great offers on their app for cheap to affordable prices. All their food is delicious. My husband says the bacon king is good.

I live in town, so I've eaten here a number of times. Until very recently it hasn't been run well at all. Heck, most of the time it would be closed during the day because they didn't have the staff to keep it open! They are open more consistently now, but they still are out of stock on things often. Don't expect it to be open for breakfast either. I should probably give them a lower rating, but it's the only drive-thru in town. They might be improving, but it's too early to tell.

COULDNT EVEN ORDER FOOD, DOORS LOCKED AT 6: 30 PM (8PM CLOSING) AND PEOPLE WERE EATING INSIDE, NO EMPLOYEES EVEN BOTHERED TO OPEN THE DOORS FOR US AND ANOTHER GROUP WHO WERE TRYING TO ENTER, DISAPPOINTED AND HANGRY

Only the drive thru is "open" and it's closed at totally random times. Monday drive thru was closed at 11am, Tuesday it's open but they're out of EVERYTHING on the menu but diet coke. Lived here for 30+ years, trust me, save your time & money & give it to a place that actually cares like pizza factory or happy burger this place needs to be shut down & replaced with a new restaurant like carls jr or McDonalds even
