Burger King, Corona CA

They don't have many options that cater to my tastes but man was the burger I ate aesthetic.

I dont know what the problem is here. 75% of the times I come here they get the order wrong. Strange. Cuz I don't have this problem anywhere else. The last time I came back to talk to a manager and was given the run around. Come back tomorrow morning.hell, I'm here now and you want me to come back for the 3rd time? Never mind

I don’t know what’s up with the guys in here they seem like teen adults I went trough the drive thru to ask for a DoorDash order they said pick it up inside we said okay so now we are stuck behind 2 cars in the front and mind you they taking forever just for those two cars so we decided my husband goes inside while I stay in the car and drive it so we block no traffic as my husband goes in he ask for the order and the guy sets the food far away knowing he could’ve just handed it to him like any other restaurant but no he looked at my husband and decided to be a prick and not hand it to him as we drive away from the drive thru the one of guys looks at us and smirked, I don’t understand what we did but that was very unprofessional made me and husband feel so uncomfortable do better on hiring mature people please. 10/3/23 time 3: 30-4: 00pm

I am aware that I went late to the resturant, however instead of telling me the gril was off, they said they had no meat. And all I could eat was food that would be fried. Not a good excuse even if true.

Service was great, food was good. Only downside from this visit was alot of homeless hanging out by the door.

I go for the Classic Chicken Sangwhiches. Always made fresh and they have a large variety of fountain drinks to choose from. Will go again!

Placed an online order and went to pick up before an hour before posted closing hours and was told they were closed. After we told them that we have an online order they said "well cancel it i just told you were closed". Sounds like this person just didnt want to work and we couldnt do anything about it. This was 11pm June 4th and was a male speaking through the intercom. I already know its going to be annoying to get my money back. This person should never be allowed to work alone.

Yum, their burgers and fries are excellent. And the price can't be beat, especially since they offer so many coupons. Us senior citizens love it!

The worst customer service I have ever received anywhere at a drive-thru on Tuesday night 4/4/23 at 9pm

This is Burger King so you should know what you are going to get, but I just came in to use the app for a free fry so I got an ice cream cone and fries. No issues, it was mostly empty in a Saturday afternoon and the staff was nice and accommodating.

Fries are always hot and crispy. These are the only fries my kids eat. Drive-thru staff are polite

Burger King needs to be closed down. Microwave warmed burger not flame grilled the bun was hard not warmed absolutely disgusting never again.
