Burger King, Tracy CA

I went in today at Burger King for my second time trying to see if the customer service would be different but no the girl who gave me my order after I placed it my husband ask for two cup lids and gave him only one after he said if he could have another one rude said another one.then she gave me my order why she was in a personal call on her phone i ask for sauce and she gave me one and I try to ask for another one because we hade two meals she said no I have to charge for another one I said why and where does it say they charge for another one if um inside the restaurant and I ask for her name she said no refuse to give me her name this the second time something like this happen I DO NOT recommend this place

Drive-through is very slow. Don't know if it's a staffing problem or something else. I feel a drive-through should be quick, that's why you don't get put of your car. You're on the go.

It depends on the location that you are in California and the type of food you want to eat at home and on your vacation and the city that you are in California or any state of the country. And how many people are in your family members.

Great experience every time i come here! The service is amazing and so very polite, they get the food out hot and fast when they have full staff! I’m coming here every day for lunch now!

The playland has been closed years but not removed so it's a tease to children several tables not clean

I love BK as my go to for fast-food place. The flame broiled patty and crispy fries are much better than McD.

Don’t eat here! I had an original chicken sandwich and had terrible food poisoning! I spent the whole night vomiting and had major abdominal cramps. Avoid this location

The drive-thru experience was the worst! Dude behind the mic was pathetic. Order was tooo simple to not understand us. Train up or Fire! Food was good. Complaint #2 - Onion rings are to damn small

They have way cheap customer service, I stopped for more than 5 mints to take my order then all the sodas were out, I said can I cancel the order and they still waiting and took my time and other customers

When to this location for the play place, was shocked when I found out they didn't have a changing table in the bathroom. Why have an area for kids but not a changing table.
