Burger King, Madera CA

I usually stop once or twice a week after work to get something hot to eat, Tonite 12/5 I rolled in for tacos before closing time. The lady at the window was very courteous and nice and wished me a wonderful night. Great job on the hot food and customer service at the window. Too bad BK doesnt allow a tip jar because I would tip everytime.

Just ordered a double whopper through the app. Tomato was old and squishy, not freshly sliced and overall soggy. Disappointed

The older guy always making chicken sandwiches we can see you incase you haven’t realized so stop answering your phone with the gloves on while making sandwiches or at least wash your hands every time you touch your phone

I love this specific Burger King, the staff is all always so nice and food is fresh. And the dine in area is always clean as well as their restrooms.

I walked in to place an order. Not a single person acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. After several minutes of standing at the counter, I asked if anyone was available to help me. The employees that heard me seamed offended that I asked for help. The one employee that did ring me up did so unenthusiasticly. Speaking just the bare minimum words to process an order. Horrible customer service.

I just left this place as soon as pull to the window, the fat lazy workers and a gremlin with red hair start talking about me take forever to give me my food, and tried to charge me twice when i have a receipt that i had already paid. Terrible service but what you can you expect from low value losers.

Save yourself the headache and go to the one across town instead. This place is ghetto and you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes even when it’s slow
