Burger Lounge, San Diego CA

Ordered online, picked up exactly when they said it would be ready. Food was Luke warm and non-hot fries aren't great. Burgers were okay. Chicken tenders were bland. Wouldn't go back.

Picked food up, didn’t check it. Burgers were cold, meat dry. One of the burgers buns was burned. The onion rings looked nothing like the menu. Greasy and overcooked. Ending up throwing most of it away.

San Diego (Little Italy) —neat little burger joint, great fries & o-rings, tasty burger, outdoor seating, friendly staff. A resident one footed pigeon (my Granddaughter named him “Bob” because of how he walked) entertained us but did not pester us. Great price for the area.

I personally felt this burger place is way overpriced. You have to pay separately for fries? Which were underwhelming, it was a great atmosphere and great service. I think the food was subpar.keep in mind this is only my opinion. Definitely worth a shot. This place was a miss for me, my wife, and my daughter. My daughter wouldn't eat the chicken strip.

Terrible experience with take out. We were missing food and all sauces. This has happened more than once. Will not take out from here again.

The food was decent. I got their chicken sandwich (which was a little over fried therefore quite dry). Thankfully additional sauces were in the bag. The service was quick and the milkshake was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very polite. The prices are what you’d expect for its location. I thought it was a little steep, though.

The burgers are delicious, the local people are super friendly and the atmosphere is very good. The keg of beer ran out and the guy who served me promptly changed it up and bought me a free drink. In addition, a lovely lady offered me also an extra potato and chicken for no reason. I loved it and I will return.a site 10

Hey guys, I love your burgers but PLEASE read carefully the delivery orders. You guys don’t have a space for additional comments but have it as an option to make the meat WELL DONE. Im pregnant I can’t have it undercooked. My Classic burger was all pink in the middle. Thank you

They forgot part of my order. I called them and they not only refunded me, but offered me a gift card. Absolutely incredible attitudes, delicious food, and a welcoming environment. Would recommend to anyone, even with the mix up!

I was really very surprised the burger was small but it was filling and it was delicious. I love the atmosphere. I love gay people.

TLDR: Good service; but go somewhere else expensive for no reason. Staff was nice but got my order a tad bit wrong not all the fault falls on them maybe there was miss communication between us. It was pretty mid meal. $50 for 2 burgers, 1 shake, 1 float and 1 order of fries.

The workers were extremely busy due to high volume online order but the manager was super positive and friendly when dealing with customers. They made sure everyone's experience was enjoyable despite the long wait time. The burgers here are always great and I love the lavender mint lemonade.

Easy ordering and a great burger overall. Add some fry’s or onion rings to complete the meal. If you can make it during their Happy Hour, the burgers are half off. A must try if you want to escape the $20+ plates of Little Italy.

Yummy burgers and fries served alongside cold beer in a convenient spot. Pretty typical burger joint ambience. My only gripe is with the white American cheese but that's more of a preference than an actual complaint

My husband went to pick up a late dinner for us last night since we just flew in and the food was delicious and prices are reasonable. Grass fed beef! Yum! Alexis was a great hostess and we were definitely glad we brought our business here.
