My. A/C died overnight and my husband and I both reached out to the company for help and we got a call that same day for expedited service but we mentioned we could wait. I was so happy we got a call the next and an appointment. Ernest was great super helpful and gave us great tips on hiw to take care of our unit (we are new homeowners). Highly recommend!

We've had the annual Burgeson's heating and cooling service package for several years and it's a great value. The service technicians make sure we're ready for the heat and the cold, and they come out in between services if we have any sort of a problem. The people who answer the phones are friendly and professional, too!

Josh and Sean worked as a team on my bathtub install. They removed old tub and tile, prepared the area for the new tub, and did a quality installation job. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Travis came out beforehand to give an estimate. All three of these employees were professional in all aspects. As a result of their impressive performance I will be a Burgesons customer from here on out. I dealt with a few other companies in getting quotes on this project but Burgeson's beat them all. Reasonably priced, too. 5 stars, A+ company.

Jonathan the tech was VERY thorough and informative. He identified the issues with my AC unit and now it's been performing much better. Please with my experience.

I have had them out for three jobs at my house over the last 10 months. The most resent for a blower motor replacement. Henry, the technician was outstanding. I would recommend them for plumping, electrical and HVAC. Great company with truly professional technicians.

We have used Burgeson's on 3 of our homes over the years. One of our homes. It appears we got a prototype HYVC unit that got put out into the system. Burgeson's stuck with us and Lennox until they found the problem and replaced the entire system. We went through Costco and received 10% Costco card of the purchase of the Lennox units. Ducting is not covered. Next we had the entire AC / Furnace system replaced in another home using Lennox and Burgeson's very satisfied and no problems. Today we installed a Burgeson's Lennox AC / Furnace system in our retirement home. The crew showed up when they said they would. Put down carpet on the floors and wear booties. They cleaned up after themselves. They have my complete trust on doing a good job. The reason we had our system replaced was it was the original AC system 1988. It had been serviced many times over the years. The copastors were shot. Our old system uses R22 which is no longer used. The new coolant is R 410A. I decided to modernize and replace the entire system.
The Eddie and Danny completed the installation late this afternoon. Within a half hour after they left the system quit. I called Burgeson's and Henry came out. He said Burgeson's is replacing the compressor with a new one ASAP. Sometimes things just happen. The fellows showed up Sunday morning in the rain and installed the new compressor in about an hour.

Agents were courteous and knowledgeable. They gave great service. I have used them for years for A/ C and heating maintenance and now for solar service and repair. Always satisfied

I had a major Air conditioning repair done recently. We have a regular maintenance contract. Problem was resolved and came in under the original quote. Two days later our thermostats decided that they didn't want to operate properly. Left a message online after hours. Got a call at 7: 30AM, they were out by 1PM and located the cause. A wire had come loose during the major service.
Old school company. Took care of it and we're good. No wait, no excuses, no extra charge. We've been with them for our heating and air since 2010 and we still highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Burgeson for an electrical issue in our house. Eddie was our tech and he was one of the kindest, most thorough people we've had the pleasure of working with. He examined the issue, explained our options in detail, and was very up front on pricing. He took pictures showing all the work he did to help us get a full understanding of the process. He even spent a few minutes talking Legos with our son. Very happy with the entire experience and would definitely call Burgeson again.

Edit: We have also now had Burgeson's replace our AC system and are again very happy with the service. When our old AC system died, Burgeson's came out immediately to take a look and provide options, including coming after hours to help us get back up and running quickly. We settled on a new Lennox heat pump system. The install team was great, and here is where I really want to applaud the company:

The original quote we received for the new system involved using our old existing duct work, which was in good shape. The installers Agong (sp?) and James came out, looked at the duct work, and realized it needed to be replaced with larger ducts to handle the new system. No new work order or increased costs; I didn't even realize that they were replacing the ducts until they had begun. But the system works much better for it. A very professional installation and a great overall experience.

Brian was our service guy. He is so knowledgeable, kind, and a respectful young man. They put socks on their shoes so they don’t dirty your house.they’re just so respectful this is the company you want to do all your air conditioning service.

Best company out there. I needed same day service and they accommodated me. Eduardo and Abraham were great. Very professional and friendly. They took the time to advise me what was needed and did a great job.

I’ve been with Burgeson’s for over 10 years and anytime I have a problem they schedule as soon as possible and get the problem fixed. I appreciate their office staff who work hard taking care of clients. And I appreciate the techs who work hard getting the problem resolved.

Great experience. Called on a Friday morning. They told me Saturday but I asked for today. She checked and said YES between 3-6. Right at 3 Tom arrived. Got my mini split back up and running. Big heat spell coming so I'm very grateful. Also some cleaning/maintence tips.
