Burke Williams, Torrance CA

This is one of my sister's favorite places to go to bond and connect with one another. The atmosphere is so amazing I could spend ALL DAY at this place frfr. From the receptionist desk to the masseuse, the staff members are one big hug.

Massages are awesome but environment is not inclusive. If you are a person of color you will be treated differently with very little to no follow up with upper management to resolve issues.

Such a wonderful place to while away the hours drinking beverages and enjoying the water options to bask in.

I enjoyed my time eating fruit and reading a magazine, snuggled up in their luxurious robe, as I awaited my enjoyable massage.

A beautiful experience with a dear friend followed by a fantastic lunch downstairs at Gaetano's. The perfect day remains forever etched in my mind.

My brother bought me a gift card to my all time favorite place as a Christmas present. I decided to use it on my birthday gift and let me tell you it did not disappoint. I got the most amazing massage (to be clear it hurt me so good). I was preciously a member and at this point totally regretting letting that go.

Burke Williams is absolutely amazing from start to finish! Fabulous customer service and very skilled therapist. I would go every week if I could.

Great place to relax and unwind without any thoughts of judgment. Maximum comfortability. Thank you for your services and they have excellent customer service. Which is hard to get now a days makes a huge difference in experience.

I had a relaxing facial and massage here. There wasn't anything not to love about my whole experience. It's the 4th Burke Williams I have visited and it ranks 2nd after the one in Hollywood. The cleaning ladies are super efficient and are constantly cleaning up after guests.

This is probably my favorite location to come too in Torrance. Evon the manager over there is
amazing, she always take care of me and any one I send over, great customer service.immaculate Very attentive perfessional, and accommodating. Very appreciated. Headed back sooner than later. With all thats going on in this world she helps me achieve that balance and peace

Kole was my massage therapist today he was so good I came in there limping and I walked out straight thank you Kole

I was hired last year in June of 2021 and relocated for this job. The young trainers felt threatened by me and gave me a hard time when going through onboarding. They also didnt adhere with standard precautions and Covid Guidelines and we're shutdown for two weeks. They discriminate against their employees in terms of race. I tried to make a formal complaint about that issue with HR and didn't get any support instead was discriminated again and retaliated against. I still haven't gotten paid for the week before we were shutdown and they broke policy in terms of unemployment. I have been trying to get in touch with HR through emails and direct calls and get no response or feedback. I plan to take further action towards this company for bad business practices and discrimination.

3 pm Wed/6 July appointment for Burke Williams massage + hot stones addition. Roshelle did a great job. Staff here are nice. I was the only customer at the men's spa portion (which has sauna, steam room, 3-feet deep heated pool to sit in). Also complimentary bananas, mandarin oranges and fruity infused water.

Buyer Beware, Bought my wife a Mother day Coupon with a massage, and manicure. The massage they said could only be used as a relaxation massage which was not what she requested and was a very weak message. Then afterwards they told her instead of getting the manicure service she should just give the remaining balance as a tip instead of getting the full package that i ordered. This is very unprofessional. I bought this as a gift because it came with specific services. My wife was highly disappointed with their service. There are many other great places for spa and message services around.

This was my first experience. The amenities were great! My only issue was that they did not follow COVID protocols.instead of spacing the lockers out, they had all of the clients next to each other. It was so bad that I had to step away from my locker so that I can give the other ladies an opportunity to dress or undress.

It was my husband birthday & I treated him to A massage and he really enjoyed the amenities (pool, steamroom, etc.)
And I treated myself to a facial -haha!

Professional and caring. Clean Nathaly was my massage therapist and worked wonders with my neck pain and tension. I enjoyed the amenities afterwards and left feeling wonderful and refreshed

Relaxing experience. Enjoyed the facial. Not crowded. We were there early and leftvaround noon.

I guess it's a typical spa experience but they need to offer more amenities for what the charge here. The ambience was nice ‍️

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! Wouldn’t wanna go nowhere else. Highly recommended! Gets you relaxed and unwind, ladies are beautiful and very sweet, Everything about the whole business just says relaxation. LOVE IT!
