11Went in last week & they had they’re dressers closed, how are we supposed to shop, we have to try on the clothes. Then I asked if I can put my clothes on hold so I can come back the next day, & the girl said they don’t do overnight holds. Overall bad experience & couldn’t accommodate to costumers needs.
I like that store, it has a great variety of all its merchandise, good prices and good offers.
This location was very messy and unorganized. The checkout lines were long. Overall it was fine but they should spend a little more time making the store look presentable.

They do have some decent prices on some things but place is a mess and it feels like an indoor swapmeet
I love the merchandise at Burlington, but when it takes 30+ minutes standing in line to check out I'm not so sure it's worth it anymore.

I never had a bad experience there. The staff are always patient with me when I come in a bit last minute with my little puppy because my work hours are weird. They never make me feel rushed like most stores do. I love it. No better store then Main St.only thing I wish to change is a discount on previously opened products in case something is missing. Other than that perfect! I’m going tonight with my puppy!
I give it 5 stars but there is a lot of mess on the shelves but it is not the fault of the employees but of us, the customers, who are very messy without realizing that we are the ones affected
No enough employees the manager doing nothing only one cashier bad service 30 minutes in line to pay
The clerk and manager were friendly, fair and understanding. I found the only pair of Tommy Hilfiger walking shoes that looked slightly worn and there wasn't an original tag so I asked for a discount. The register clerk wasn't able to but she nicely asked for the manager and the manager gave me a 10% discount on the non returnable item which was great since I love these comfortable shoes. Hint: Shop on weekday mornings up to 3: 30 pm since it's less crowded.
