Clothing Store Burlington reviews
15In general, the prices are super good, the service was lousy, a cashier named Rogelio served us super rude and very badly spoken, I even asked him a question and he didn't even answer me. I left that store very disappointed. I am a very frequent customer and my purchase this time was over 700 dollars i will definitely not come back to this store
It smells like bleach. It made me sick, gave me a migraine and i threw up because it was very strong. Also, they don't have a bathroom and the fitting room was closed. They open at 8 and at 10 the fitting room was still closed. Great prices, brands and neat stuff. But those things will keep me from coming back. I'm sad.
Old lady at the dressing rooms yesterday was very rude to my daughter and called her a “thug” just because she had on black clothes
The store is big. It was organized and neat on the Wednesday morning I visited. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I will probably go back sometime.
Every time I go the fitting rooms are close so what the point of having it if people can't use it
Might be the worst store ever. I used to find good deals and decent quality items at Burlington, but this place has gone down hill fast. I won't be going back. The last straw was when I found an item I specifically came in for, waited in line for 15 minutes, and then was told at the cash register that the item was not for sale at the moment (it had a clearly marked price tag), because it was due to be re-priced. The cashier said she'd have to put it aside and couldn't sell it me, and was that alright with me? Well, I didn't have much choice. It was just a bizarre experience and such a waste of my time.
I went there with my son and I bought two pairs of decent priced good tennis shoes for my feet they are a very great deal bye whatever
Great prices, terrible location. There dressing rooms were closed and when I asked why she shrugged her arms. It’s disappointing because 3 employees were standing in the front, conversing with each other (not work related). One of them could have stood at the dressing room for just 10 minutes. They have a bathroom closed to the public but I had every intent to be a paying customer. They still wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom. Instead of arguing, I left. I really hope this problem is resolved for future customers.
I use this store for most of my cloths and shoes! Today I went shopping and could not use their bathrooms!
Locked! When I ask a person why, the very unfriendly answer was because the company doesn’t want anybody to use it!
What the ignore or don’t know it is illegal to have a shop that size without any bathroom facility!
I will report them and never shop there again!
I was shopping today when need to use the restroom I was informed that they had no public restroom. I have a restroom condition which is called OAB. Burlington is a big store and I feel like you guys should not have it just for employees. Burlington use to have restroom for customers.
This place won't even let their customers use the restroom. I personally won't shop at places like this.
So apparently they don’t have restrooms for customers. After I was brushed off for asking (to change a diaper) I saw the host posting signs about no “public restrooms”. That’s the last time I’ll be seen here. One does not plan on when your child will have to use the restroom, and I wasn’t shopping at Aldi’s to be referred there to use the restroom.
Super rude cashiers. Just needed to use the bathroom and the cashier treated me like a vagrant. Even asked the security for the passcode and he said " the bathroom is only for employees. "
Thanks!
You need to get electric shopping carts for ppl who want to shop but can't stand a long time. The Vista and Oceanside stores don't have any and that's not okay. Please get electric shopping carts you can sit in and drive up and down the aisles, please.
Drove all the way from Oceanside to shop late.got there at 930 pm and doors locked. Posted hours on door and website both clearly show open till 11pm. Called store from outside and associate stated they just decided to close early. Completely ridiculous.won't be back
