The store is a mess of overstock shelves spilled out on the floor, if you have a cart good luck moving around because you will be running over items 40% of the time.

I have a very amazing and wonderful day today. I found all my stuff there specially for my kids and prices was amazed $20 for Levi’s Jacket and I must say sales Associate MALENA ROCHA thank you so much from bottom of my heart for ur big help it means a lot. U have very blessed holidays

For being a new store it looked as if they just threw stuff on the racks and on the floors. Very unorganized worst place ever, I had to leave less then 10 minutes in the store.

Things are all out of order, and the store is junkie, clothes all on the floor and the clothes to piled up on the racks. Makes it hard to look through the clothes.

They have so much stuff but they have no one literally working the cash registers. I counted 25 people in a line and 1 cashier working. SMH

After this visit, I'd rather drive further out to go to a different Burlington. This place WAS A MESS! A BIG mess. I almost slipped on an item on the floor. There was even a pile of shoes near an emergency exit. Pathetic. If there was a customer on a wheelchair or crutches, they wouldn't have been able to get around in many areas. In fact, it would've been dangerous for them. Also, I think they don't care if there is no shelf space. They put items on the floor. Look at my pictures and videos for a better understanding.

The line to pay.yeah.horrible. The line was ridiculously long and they only had 2 chashiers. By the time I made it to the middle of the line, another associate came to help out. She appeared to be a manager, but I can't say for certain. While she was getting ready, she took her sweet time. There was a mess near her register and had to move it to the side. I didn't take a picture of the line because people I could hear people getting angry and I didn't want to agitate anyone anymore by taking pictures of them in line.

The entire store was a mess and I stopped taking pictures and videos. Nah, I'm good. Homie-G doesn't approve of this location.

No restrooms for customers? It’s a big deal specially when you have kids! And they were even rude when you ask so we left what we had and ended up going shopping at Ross which is next door!

I used to do a lot of shopping at this store, but it's annoying that they don't open the restrooms anymore, I would rather do my shopping elsewhere.

The box service is insufficient, they do not have a bathroom service, it is a very good place to improve in all areas. Sorry, I almost always give 5 stars. Thank you very much for your attention.

By far worst store! Never enough registers ever no matter what day or time! Associates and managers rude as hell and I have been to several this store needs new management especially with holidays coming!

Spend your money at ross, they’ll let you use the restroom so that you can have a comfortable shopping experience!

I want to his store today. There was 9 people in front of me and an additional 8 more behind me. There was only 2 cashiers then 1 left and there was only one cashier. I left without purchasing my items when I saw this and there was a lady that was going to do and exchange.this happens on a regular bases. I will not be returning to this store but will shop else where. Poor customer service.

I was shopping and had to use the restroom, guess what no public restroom the lady said, I was like what does that mean, she said do you work here, I said no, then she said then no public restroom

Terrible place to shop. 12 checkout lanes with a line around the corner, and they only open 2. Don't shop on the weekday, nobody is coming to work.

And the place is filthy, not just from the customers. No employee is putting items back in the proper location. Everything is just put in "whatever. "

Unfortunately, every time I come here to shop it's so hot and understaffed. The checkout line is always long and just looks a mess. There are always carts full of go backs. I always leave with my items in my hand because they run out of bags at the opening of the store. As a former Burlington associate, I'm shocked the general manager isn't taking care of the store better.

No more dressing room and no more public restroom. Which is why online shopping is the way to go now.
