Clothing Store Burlington reviews
15It’s basically just a sadder Marshalls/TJ Maxx, nothing relatively special or interesting here.
They have good shirts and shorts once in a while. Hard to find stuff because they Arab refugees with free money from the government buy up everything. They are annoying
Every time the security guard with the mustache he won’t let any one use the bathroom even with purchase. We can buy but we can’t even take a pee lol joke place
This store is always a mess. The staff try to keep it clean, but unfortunately the customers are so disrespectful of the merchandise.they act like animals.
This is not a good place to shop at. It is dirty and everything is damaged or broken. The place is a mess. I have never seen a Burlington so disorganized.
PRO: Always clean, neat and organized. Great selection of clothes and other items.
CON: There's only one line for both purchases and refunds. The line is always long. There's usually only 1-2 cashiers unless it's Christmas. Then it's about 3 - 4 cashiers and an even longer line.
No, it's okay, the only thing I can't describe it the way I want is because my Lady was occupying a BATHROOM AND THERE WAS NOT THERE. We had to leave and go to another sports store so that the Lady could relieve herself and I CAN'T LEAVE THAT UNCOMMENTED.
I stopped by while waiting for car to be serviced. Got a great buy on name brand moisturizer, car air fresheners and cologne for my son. Friendly fast service from cashier. All employees greeted me extremely nice.
What I expect from this chain is not what you get from this location. Usually a trip to Burlington Coat factory is like going to a high end department store but with reasonable prices, my son even calls it the fancy store.
This location feels more like crazy earls bargin basement.
The outside looks decent enough and is located on the edge of Parkway plaza. The mall location should make this a huge draw but instead it's almost forgotten.
The store entrance is only am escalator down to a basement. The location is also where building hvac dumps hot air so it's rather warm down there.
Once down stairs you find the tall shelf maze of last minute shopping pressure to the check outs area amd the immediately half filled shelves and often stuff just piled on shelves with no order.
Layout is a convenient circle allowing entry circle the store then leave but you always feel trapped and uncomfortable while down there.
The lack of anything upstairs, no actual mall entrance, emptiness of shelves, and uncomfortable location means stay away from this location.
The only upside was the staff. The 3 whole employees for a massive location (one of which whose sole job seemed to ride the escalator up and down to watch the entrance and help people coming and going, they were all great.
Burlington always a blessing. Quality items and closeout name brands for deep savings. Clean store, lots of selection, massive housewares section. Friendly staff and efficient checkout. Just sucks to see them dealing with shoplifters everytime I am going in seems like security is chasing a bunch of kids stealing stuff in the parking lot. I always hope they catch em and prosecute em. Making my prices increase
I was followed around the store by security. Everytime I turned around security was in arms reach. Very uncomfortable experience.
Fun store. Better go when you can spend some time. It's not sorted out very well but when you find what you're looking for its at a good price!
I hear everyone talking about this company so I went there with some hope and boy was that crushed within the first 10 seconds of walking into this place. It's a free-market in a basement. And yes the clothes are haning on racks but thats about all it has going for it. It looks like a semi organized cluster f### with how its set up. It reminded me of a thrift store with a fancy name.
First time there, found several things for my home. The cashier needed help, lots of customers, so manager opened up another register to move the customers thorough the line.
Very unhelpful staff, if you call them up for am item check they will just refuse to help you with your enquiry and tell you to come into the store? Not sure what the point of having a phone number is if basic help like this is not provided.
