Man I had a ball at this store! It was funny because I was buying everything I saw! Great prices!

This 5 star rating belongs to the location at Crenshaw and Imperial, simply good service from beginning to end!
Night before last I made a purchase@ closing & came home, finding out that both purchases didn't fit.
Next day calling up the store and asking for the manager, once she got on the phone I explained

Downtown location so be prepared for one ways, heavy traffic, bustling with people, parking structures nearby ranging from $6-$16 with some closing at 6pm and others all day, parking at Burlington is pricey, store is low on merchandise but continuously restocking, adequate security based off the demographics, staff is nice, registers and equipment are from 1983 so at times you'll experience some delays, clean and organized store, overall 4 stars.

I will be going back soon. Great for families looking for something a little less in price but great none the less

Great dtla location on Broadway & 7th. Huge selection on 2 levels. Reasonably priced merchandise.

Surprisingly they've improved. The store is set up very nice, carries a bit of everything for a great shopping experience.

Some deals on clothes. The prices are steadily rising since I became a patron and are competing with other stores. In addition, the security guards are too aggressive towards the patrons.

Is one of my favorite stores you can find more than just coats their home goods towels and I was surprised that they had one downtown Los Angeles on Broadway.

A decent Burlington location, as it needs to be better maintained than other locations I've shopped at.

Nice clothes, I got a really nice coat there, but they have no restrooms and I couldn't keep looking for more items as I'm starting to buy Christmas gifts, I'm glad I got that fine coat for my daughter it looks elegant and well designed.

I was able to get at Burlington. So Lovely.

I love Burlington I would of given a 5 star but the elevators don't work to go down to the bottom floor and there's only a escalator going up none going down and I struggled allot with my baby and stroller through stairs and the customer service really not so good employees talking among them not to customers and no effort to help me. But it's a good store allot of nice things for cheap. Good prices.

In Downtown I find this place better than anything else for shopping. Specially Coats. I find the things which I mend to buy often but couldn't find any where else. They don't have any parking and that's a negative but their store is well organized and clean so that's even. Besides staff are super friendly.overall the place is good. Five Star is a must if you think overall.

I would total come here much more if they had free parking. This is exactly why I hate visiting dtla in general. Never any parking or affordable parking at all.

Cant belive there is no restroom traveling from texas stop for shopping really bad customer service
