Burnett's Laundromat, Burney CA

Facility is very clean. I can not attest to the equipment because I use their wash and fold service. It is fantastic. Nicely washed, folded and ready to go next day. Michelle and Mike are friendly, courtious, and very accommodating. Pricing was quite reasonable.

I'm from Southern California and was surprised to pay a lot of money for laundry. Washers was 3.25-3.75 and drying I used 2 dryers and spent. 25/5 minutes each. But I will say the place was clean and lots of washers and dryers.

The Burnett's laundromat is amazing.the owners Mike and Michelle are great they are super friendly and always keep the place really clean. It's reasonable price to wash and dry.

The dryer got so hot on medium that it melted/burned my clothes. I have washed these same clothes at many laundromats all around the country with zero issues. Not just the clothes with synthetic materials "melted". The cotton shirts lost all elasticity, logos on good quality clothing melted off, even the dryer sheets shrank into a little ball.

I have never had a problem here. Machines always work properly, and the price is reasonable.

I washed my clothes in a top load washer and the fabric softener pods melted half way. Called the owner Mike and he said “I don’t recommend you use those anyway. That’s on you if you used”. I immediately hung up. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Being it’s a business no manager should speak to a customer this way. Service sucked. I had to rewash my clothes.
Follow up: I received a call after this review! It’s against the law to contact a customer via phone after giving a review badddd business Mike.

Stopped in to do a couple loads, VERY clean, machines work amazing (even washing construction clothing), owners are super sweet! Not from the area but if we were we would definitely come back again!

Great place and good value. Older machines that work at fair price. I am thankful to have found it.

The dryers cost. 25 for five minutes.thats ridiculous.the dryers dont even dry my clothes.usually it costs nine quarters a load.if the load has all towels, then they wont dry for less than three bucks.
