Nice spot to set up fishing or deer camp. Staff were super friendly. Lots of RVs. Beautiful area near Hat Creek and Lassen National Park! The on-site store could be better stocked with sandwiches, and other pre-made foods for midweek when the restaurant is closed but overall a nice place!

The staff were wonderful, very friendly people. They put on the football game for us in the clubhouse. New improvements were appreciated. Bathrooms were updated with free showers. Great place.

Great place very clean and everyone was friendly. Sites are roomy and we'll kept. Nice little restaurant and store, breakfast burrito was very good!

1st time here. Friendly staff, grounds are well kept, bathrooms was amazingly clean. No issues with the full hookups. My wife already wants to go back. Also, free coffee in the morning at the camp store, can’t beat that!

My absolute FAVORITE campground. Roomy sites, easy access, friendly and peaceful. But.wifi is seriously lacking.

Very nice camp grounds clean well maintained the only downside no phone service and Wi-Fi only works by the office

NO CELL SERVICE! Otherwise, this place was perfect. (WiFi only at the general store) The camp grounds are surrounded by lush mature trees and the best staff. Everyone was very helpful. There are so many sights to see near here. A walk through lava tube, countless waterfalls. All only 5-20 min away. On the campgrounds, they have a game room, tether ball, and a few animals in a small petting zoo. Cabin rentals, tent spaces, and RV spots means this place has a place for you!

We stayed here overnight on our way through to Wyoming. The staff was incredible - escorted us to our sites and helped us back in. Laundry facilities were clean and they had ample cold drinks at the store (it was 106 when we arrived!) The wifi only works at the camp host so plan accordingly. But overall a turnkey spot to rest for the night. Sites were large and level. Overall, felt like a forest campground, not a parking lot.

RV sites are no pressed together leaving plenty of room for slide-outs. The campground has been remodeled in the past two years the laundry and shower facilities are first-rate. The general store includes a cafe/dining area that's opened Friday thru Sunday. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice! They have a lot of pond side sites but they are not stacked in super tight. Great staff, Danny went above and beyond moving us to the perfect site at check in. Played some ping pong and air hockey in the game room. I will definitely be returning.
Made it back for a second stay and thoroughly enjoyed it again. There is a lot to see in the area if you are into geological features. Which makes this location so good.

We used this KOA to dump our tanks since the campground we were at had no dump station. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The campground looked nice and clean. Considering a stay there when we are back in the area.

Stayed for the weekend. It was a decent campground but the bathrooms weren’t clean, the pond wasn’t worth fishing in. And the last night there someone stole my sons $400 bike from in front of our trailer. Everyone kept their bike, bbqs, etc outside their trailers so I didn’t think I’d have to worry about it. I mention it to the person in the office to see if there’s cameras (which there aren’t) and all he says is “it happens”. Didn’t seem too concerned.

We just stayed here the last two days and had to cut our trip short because the National park is basically closed. That has no reflection on how amazing this place was. The managers Scott and Employee Dave were very helpful and attentive. The park is quiet and clean with well manicured grounds. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the park had a bunch of normal people with families there: I’m an avid RV”er and this is one of the best parks I’ve stayed at.

Only critique would be some of the extra king spots in the back they stick two rigs in. Besides that this place is absolutely worth the stay

I want to give this campground 5 stars, but I can't. It's just not there yet. 3 is the best I can do. On the plus side, super friendly staff - fantastic to work with! Let us check in early, was helpful with guests and just nice people. I love that they escort to sites - no rookies taking out my rig. And finally, they have more than 1 dog run! Yay! But they lost me with a couple of things - I reserved a "patio site" and no patio. Yes, it's a little wider than the others, but also right by the office & check-in so lots of traffic. Second, no wi-fi. In an area with NO cell reception, that doesn't seem reasonable. Next, wood fires. People just don't know how to build them and then the rest of us have to suffer. Finally, on our final night, they let a group with a utility trailer park next to our "premium" site and then they set up essentially a tent space. I didn't by an RV to deal with tent camping.

Biggest and cleanest restrooms we've seen at any KOA! The only thing I could say is that the showers could use a handicap bar to hold onto. Great place and close to Burney Falls.

You know I wasn't a guest at KOA but the staff on hand went above and beyond for my camping trip at a neighboring camp site when they didn't have to. KOA earned a very likely future customer because of that.

The campsite "patio" consists of a picnic table on dirt and a fire pit.
Scott and Kevin were very helpful, 5 star service.
