Came to this taco shop excited due to the fact I was hung over…lol ‍️ We ordered Carne Asada fries total about $14.00… So i decided to get some salsa witch I ️…so my husband and wanted to try them all but we didn’t we got like 4 different kinds, We were told “ That’s too many salsas for Carne Asada fries” by the cashier. Maybe it was ‍️ but there was no sign that stated a limit on how many one could take. I don’t feel like I should feel bad about getting salsa

Ordered a bean burrito and cheese quesadilla. Paid $6 for a bean and cheese burrito got it home it was literally all tortilla like a spoon full of beans same thing with the $5 quesadilla hardly any cheese at all just a greasy tortilla those items cost nothing to make just tortillas cheese and beans don’t understand why they would be so cheap. Really disappointed

Overall, Burrito Santana Mexican Taco Shop is a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The parking is easy and the service is fast. While the burrito size may be smaller compared to other places, it is packed with flavor and will definitely fill you up. The staff is willing to customize your burrito to your liking and the California burrito I ordered was delicious, with great flavor and juicy meat. The only downside is that the burrito doesn't come with pico de gallo, but the salsa provided was excellent. I will definitely be visiting this spot more often during my lunch breaks.

Came in for the first time today. Had the TJ tacos, and they were pretty good. The fish taco is good, too. Horchata is yummy. The tables are decorated with cute Mexican blanket runners. Soccer was playing on the TV. FYI.they charge a $0.50 charge if you pay by card.

Great food decent menu choices ample seating. I had the Carne Asada Burrito and it was delicious.

When I go to taco shops, I usually get their carne asada fries and these are one of the best ones I’ve had for sure.

Weak burritos. Got a Cali burrito but there was hardly any meat. Might as well been called French fries and cheese burrito.

Best taco shop in Mission Gorge area. For me it’s the variety of salsa from habanero super hot to mild tasty green. They also have fresh grilled cebollitas and peppers for you to take at no extra cost. The food has always tasted fresh and cooked to ordered. The meat is? Tender and always juicy. Absolutely delighted will always come here for my Mexican fast food!

Extremely bland food. It’s super close to where I live, so I keep deciding to give it a try and every time I’m disappointed.

Im here right now. The guy behind the counter is eating food and handling money all while handing customers their food. He's got sour cream all over his face and mouth. And my 4 ingredient burrito was made wrong. ‍️
Also, their website says you can order online but it doesn't work. First and last visit here.

Crooks! Charged me 10$ for a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese … I ordered a Buenos Dias Burrito as I have for 20 years … ugh I hate getting ripped off!

Everyone from SD has a favorite taco shop. This may very well be one of mine. My go-to is typically the standard carne asada burrito, tacos, carne asada chips, etc. I have yet to be disappointed when coming here. They do a nice adobada stand on the weekends as well.

They have their time open as 7AM and the system even allowed me to order food. Got to the restaurant to pick up my food and the place was closed. Update your information online please.

Food was delicious I order the surf and turf fries with a coke good portions muy buena comida.

Food tasted like the place smelled! Spoiled. Never again. I know Mexican food, and this wasn’t it.

I’ve been eating here once-twice a month for the last five years. I absolutely love the food! Made fresh and delicious. You can tell this is great authentic mexican food!
