Where can I start. We installed a generator for this customer awhile back. Everything that could go wrong did. It was unbelievable. I am the owner of SMARTGEN backup energy systems. I don't blame this customer at all for being upset but the facts still remain that I took care of it regardless of my employees walking of the job. I hired a contractor to finish the install. Lately keeping responsible employees or finding good workers is getting more and more harder to find. Anyone reading this post that are OWNERS would confirm this. So in the end here I want to say to the masses that I apologize to Carrie Lambert for the unrest I caused her. Please forgive me. I just went into business connections where they very quickly got me a notary. Cheryl was wonderful and even after everything was signed she refused my payment, telling me they don't charge vet's. They won all my business for life, I won't let them refuse the money next time
