This is the shop to go to if you need anything related for leather or shoe care. The store owner Sam is extremely nice and rest assured I am sure he will take care of you. I'm glad to see a store like this is right around the corner in Burbank and Im glad I found someone as skilled as Sam.

Nice people. Not good for high end. Bright a custom handmade handbag in to have repainted white. Had to bring it back 2x. Came out Matte flat. But Should be satin Like inner lip. They Tried but was never made right. Wifey not pleased. I Didn’t ask for some refund. Other shop “Pasquale” quoted $120, about the same amount I paid here already, to fix It back to original.

Had a leather backpack repaired here as well as some shoes touched up. Great service and excellent quality. They also make keys!

So friendly and upbeat! I have brought 2 pairs of shoes in so far and have been very pleased both times! First time was for a bigger clean up of a pair of. I’ve heels I love and wear to death, Buster did an amazing job getting them back into nice shape. Second time was a new pair that needed stretching and soles put on the bottom. Good quality both times.

Have used this tore several times now, each time I walk away very pleased with all my repairs! They do excellent work, detail oriented, and well worth the cost. May not be the cheapest but certainly the best!

I brought several boots to get fixed here and they did a great job. The are also very polite which is awesome. The only reason that they get a 4 star rating is because they only accept cash as payment. They should consider accepting credit cards, at least for repairs over a certain amount.

My Chanel's look like brand new! I found out they got SHOEBER pickup and delivery service all over Los Angeles and Valley area. After this I certainly gone use SHOEBER like UBER only for Shoes! Love It!

Absolutely LOVE these guys! The door service is amazing especially for my hectic life. Love Cash, he cares so much about customer service that he showed up himself on the first time and talked me through it all. Got my shoes back to me the next day! It's been a pleasure!

He basically replaced the entire bottom of the shoe with the similar material that was used before. The shoes looked brand new after he was done. I highly recommend this place if you want to fix your favorite pair of designer shoes!
