Walked into the Chula Vista location for keys for my daughters Mazda. Greeted as I walked in and immediately assisted. Had two keys cut and programmed while I waited. Excellent customer service at a fair honest price! You can’t beat that, highly recommend Busy Bees Locks and Keys.

Just WOW had called them about 2 weeks a go and gave me a quote of $465.00 and held up that quote to day and I live past berrego springs. Was on time and polite and quickly got my car up and running. Thanks to the tech Daniel. Great guy and job

Gave me an estimate of 30-45 minutes to arrive. Called an hour later and they kept saying he’s on the way. I just cancelled the appointment. I would advise this business to work on setting the right expectations and follow up with clients if those expectations can’t be met

Fast service. Come in, ask for a copy of my key, 5 mins later I am out. I wish I came here first. I went to 2 different kiosks near my house and both were useless kiosk. My key has teeth on both sides and both kiosk (MinuteKey and KeyMe) were not able to copy my key. Glad I came here.

Made my 2nd visit to this business in the past year and will continue to bring my business to them, since they provide quality service at a fair price. A friendly and welcoming shop with excellent inventory and even better people.

Fast, professional service. I recently had a set of keys made at Home Depot, complete failure, neither one of them worked. Busy Bees did the same keys in half the time and they both worked perfectly!

I locked my keys in my car and I ran into Jonathan and Danny helped me get back into my car. I was stuck too. My keys, ID, and phone were locked in my car. Thank God for these guys that were nice enough to stop and help get back into my car. These guys were blessing in the skies.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, they definitely go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. If you need anything key related, this is the place to go.
