The perfect cookie! They have a great selection and every cookie has the perfect texture and flavor. We will definitely make this one of our go to places for bringing treats to friends or work and just for a fun treat for us.

Best cookies that I have ever had from a chain bakery. This place is now my go to when I want fresh delicious cookies.

None of the cookies we tried had any significant flavor other than overwhelming sweetness. All the cookies were doughy and chewy with no crunch which added to the disappointment.

Excellent fundamentally well-made cookies with interesting flavors that rotate regularly. My favorite is the banana pudding flavor.

Cookies are ok. Customer service needs mad work.cookies were different sizes and I had to ask for another to replace it.

The freshly baked apple pie cookie was really good. I wish they would continue it instead of it just being a month.

Unfortunately even when you work next to the owner and our friendly with him doesn't mean he won't make you buy something (we do buy from them often) when you just need the bathroom. Note our bathroom is out of service in our store and we have no other available bathroom, the rest of the restaurants don't open till 11. Some people don't even have money for bills and such, why make them pay just be nice and let us borrow the bathroom real quick. We help you out why not help us out all the other businesses allow us to borrow their bathroom. Don't get me wrong the rest of the workers are great, just doing their jobs but I don't understand when we are a neighboring store and need help from our local business with a bathroom for our workers and you can't just let us run in and borrow it. Very disappointing:/

I really liked the strawberry and banana pudding cookie. Compared to crumbl, the cookie isn't too big nor expensive. I just wish there were more flavors or they did like a random flavor once a month. Other than that, the cookies were delicious and fresh.

The lady here made me wait because she was throwing some strawberry cookies out there, she was so polite about it though it made my heart melt. The cookies were something to chime back again for too. 100

Half of my cookies were hot and fresh, but extremely doughy, meaning NOT cooked all the way. The other half were cold like they'd been sitting out all day. Staff was polite, but extremely unorganized, confused, and flustered which added to the terrible experience. This place was a complete disappointment, a waste of my time, and a waste of my hard earned money.

These are seriously good cookies. If you love cookies, you’ll be in heaven. If you enjoy cookies but they aren’t usually something you splurge on, you’ll be very happy you did. These have a wonderful “home made” quality to them, just like the best cookie you’ve ever had from a talented friend or family member. Their “standard” flavors are dialed in, and even can have interesting twists (Cardamom in an oatmeal cookie? I see you!). My favorite flavors thus far are the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt and the Banana Toffee and I will absolutely be coming back. Please don’t ever change- and I mean don’t compromise your quality and inventiveness. You folks are a gem!

Love the flavors and that they're not sickeningy sweet. They're usually soft and gooey but I've had a batch that came out very well done.

They are a bit pricey but I think of these as a treat.

So far my favorite has been the strawberries n cream, even though that's not a flavor I would typically go for.

Decent cookie at a fairly high price, justifies it well with decently unique flavours for its price point. Worth a try but not something to visit on the regular.

The cookie was okay. High points for unique and interesting flavors. Nicely executed drop style cookie. Not sure the online hype is accurate. Worth it for a one time visit or special occasion. I might go back to try other flavors.
