Great staff, we had an appointment and got right in. It was very busy with walk ins so we did have to wait a bit for the doctor and after for test results but that's expected.
Today did not have an appointment, got there before 8am to wait in line. Got out by 10am. Not too bad for a walk up

BEWARE!
I am Extremely disappointed with the partials. I will not be able to eat with these. Pain and discomfort. They say that it’s the cheapest way to go and so that’s all I get. What I needed was advice and better craftsmanship.
This process consisted of going in 4 times for taking molds, the guy did it wrong twice and the 4th time seemed ok. They take 2 weeks between anything here. I started this in early April. So after all this I can’t eat. I spent $12,500.00 on this work and am very dissatisfied.

We’ve been patients for several years but they are either over scheduling or really under staffed. We had an 8am appt and it was nearly an hour before we were taken to a room and 15 minutes later no sign of the doctor. My dog was so stressed out we ended up walking out.

They are super nice and very thorough. Everything by the book.

Edit: not all of the vet techs here are super friendly. They all seem to be okay with the animals but aren't very helpful or communicative. Some are, some aren't.

Butterfield animal hospital has a nice facility and friendly staff. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get an appointment and the prices feel a touch high. Overall, it's a pretty good place to take your animal friends.

An amazing team overall. From the time we called for an urgent/unexpected appointment, to the moment we left. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and quick - but without treating us like they were rushing us out the door. Thank you for being so good to our fur babies and us!

Our Lulu went here for a spaying procedure. They were really professional and did a wonderful job. We came all the way from Murrieta to go here because of the reviews, and we’re happy to be able to give 5 stars as well. This is going to be our go to animal hospital in the future.

The most amazing staff ever! They were all so helpful and kind and got us in right away to see my kitten who was sick. Thank you so much for everything! Will only bring my fur babies here:)

This us by far the best Vet experience we have ever had. Our Golden Retriever ate Rat poisen and we didn't know it for several days. He was very sick and didn't know if he would make it. This hospital saved his life and even called us the next day to check up on him. Best service, caring staff and followup may be the best ever.

Love the staff and doctors, here. Wonderful, compassionate and gentle and loving with the dogs. They've been our vets for 20 years!

So happy with the service and Lacie took a phone call at 10: 30 at night and set me an emergency appointment the next day. When I got there the staff and Dr's were so compassionate. I immediately felt like I was at the right place. Thank you all for your help.

My baby Chico is sick, and this is where we been going for many years, they even helped when my first baby Dixie a beautiful schnauzer was nearing the end of her life, it was a smooth transition just hard for me. So now I’m praying my baby Chico improves some what, he has more life in him I can see it. He got bad one Saturday and I called BFD AH they got us in and he’s stable at this time, thank you so much we appreciate it! ️

We were so blessed to have found this exceptional animal hospital. The genuine care, professional and competent staff helped ease the pain of losing our precious angel boy Scooter kitty.

Service is everything in my opinion. It can make a bad experience better and it can make the difference when people truly care about what they do. I wasn’t sure what was to come today as my dog was clearly not doing well and what I knew he needed most was the most important, (hydration) my dog was throwing up on day 3 and lost 12 pounds.he needed help, I needed help. Well thank you to all of you that helped Max and I today at Butterfield Animal hospital. They addressed my most important concerns, worked with my budget, set a plan and made things less painful for us both. The blessing to be able to go in as some vets office waiting rooms are still closed, it was nice to be able to wait close for my loved one.thank you again! And we will see you soon!

Talk about a pet friendly Vet. (trust me, they're not all, all about your pets health)

I tool my dog in for a check up on his leg which had a large growth on one of his fro t leg knees. Unfortunately, it was osteosarcoma. After some x-rays and a chat with the Dr I decided to create my own remedy and it's working AMAZINGLY well.

I took him back several months later and they were amazed at how well it worked.
