This place is very clean, organized, and on top of it. The uhaul worked well and the check in/out process was simple and quick. Cintia was a pleasure to work with!

We reserved a unit at another facility in Roseville. When we got there to get the keys, with a full moving truck and crew waiting, the employee said they didn’t have a unit for us, that the one we reserved was “damaged”. They didn’t call or email us, no attempt to let us know whatsoever. And to boot, they don’t offer to help us find anything available in town. So we had to call around. Thankfully we called BuxBear. Not only did they have a unit available, it was bigger, closer to our home and more affordable than the other place. We can’t say enough about how kind and helpful Cyntia, the manager, was to us. She also honored our veteran status, helped us with our truck rental, which was another hiccup, and got us an even bigger unit after we had another space fall through. She smoothed everything out for us. Kevin, the assistant manager, also went above and beyond helping us when we were behind schedule. These two treated us like people, not like burdens. Although we don’t condone the unprofessionalism of the other place, it ended up being worth it to work with the BuxBear staff. They deserve raises and bonuses!

Excellent Customer Service. Cinthia was incredibly knowledgeable about the U-Haul rental process and took the time to explain the different options available to me. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided helpful suggestions based on my specific needs. Her expertise and professionalism made the rental process quick and efficient.

The manager Cynthia is very attentive, she took care of all our needs during a difficult time and the rates are budget friendly.

I came in to rent a u haul. Completely ignorant about sizes and needs. Cynthia could have easily sold me a bigger truck that I didn't need but she asked the right questions and got me exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back. So many companies are more focused on making the sale versus actually meeting the needs of their customers, thank you.

I would like a call back from a district manager about the level of service that I have received at your Roseville location. I gave more than a weeks notice about my vacating. And of course they did not vacate me and charged me. I will never recommend this location.

I had a pleasant experience with Cintia when I called in to ask questions. I felt very comfortable and assured after our conversation. I would definitely recommend to anyone because the customer service is great.

Got a storage unit here about a month ago because it is the closest place to my house. I had prepaid at my other storage facility through the end of this month but I intended to move my boat here as well. I just went in to get a spot and this place is a disaster. Most of the spots have trailers way larger than the spaces and sticking way out. Not trying to squeeze in somewhere with zero regard for regulation and safety of peoples property.

It's clean, it's organized? The managers are nice. You get full service and quality for your back. Just like any business should run. If you have junk, let them have it. You can lock it and be safe.

This is the best storage destination! It is a clean and well kept facility and Cintia is phenomenal- professional, kind, and honest. I had a terrible experience at an Extra Space Storage facility and was shopping around for a facility I can trust. Although I had to go with a facility that was closer to downtown, this was my next choice.
