Mechanics and manager JP are totally unqualified and incompetent mechanics! They give fake quotes and don't fix actual problems

C & M Automotive Repair is definitely the best repair shop I have ever been to. They not only repaired my car but sadly had to deal with all the problems my insurance company gave them Thank you Octavio for always keeping me updated you truly helped me through a very difficult time. I would recommend this shop to everyone friendly, knowledgeable great customer service!

Car runs great, they were professional, courteous, shop is busy so it takes a long time for them to get work done but this was the 2nd shop i took it to and they fixed it, so quiet you almost start it twice (; thanks guys

Let me first say William is amazing. He adds that as we call it in customer sevice that "and then some service". He goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and explains everything to you in detail. I have only had the best experience here at C&M from all the service guys as well. It's hard to find a reputable and honest car repair establishment. I love that it is a small business and not a corporate chain as well. They have worked on a couple of my cars and currently getting my well maintained Rav4 ready (normal wear and tear issues, struts, brakes, swing arms) for my college student to take with her next semester. I am confident in their work and appreciate knowing I have a mechanic I can trust! Keep up the great work and Congratulations on 20 years!

Took in the k5 blazer with a 6" lift 35's on it, was all over the road they did such a great job that now the wife feels so comfortable driving it took the top off & the only setback is that now its the daily driver kids n all can I get a gas voucher lol

This is a very helpful and honest shop and the first place I go to when I need work done. PJ is a very knowledgeable mechanic and he is willing to take the time to explain issues in detail to ensure needless services are not requested. William is always helpful at the front desk and provides great customer service. This is the place to go in Yuba City.

C&M is a great place to get your auto repaired! I highly recommend them, 5 stars, thank you William at C&M for your courtesy and assistance. I had an axle replaced and the entire clutch system including the shifting mechanism. Make an appointment today!

Bad bad my experience I took my car there and they charged $200 for the diagnostic and that's OK but they find out the alternator was bad also the batterie to fix it charge me $960 just for the alternator not included the batterie. Wowwww

C & M re-flashed my car and did a 13 point inspection. They are amazingly professional, friendly and on the ball. Awesome experience and I will return to this spot for sure.
