8Online paying options are now unavailable making it hard to pay the bill, been going on for well over a week. Very inconvenient especially because of my work schedule. Don't seen to be making any effort in fixing the issue.
Always professional and kind on the phone- even returning my call when the call dropped. Assisted with my needs and provided clear expectation for both me and their service to complete.
My dumpster wasn't picked up yesterday, so I called to see if we had a missed payment, only to confirm the fact that we are on auto pay. I then asked why it wasn't serviced yesterday and told the CS rep that it wasn't the first time this has happened. Her response was "Uhhum". She then put in an order for a "missed pick up" for today between now and 6pm and asked if there was anything else that she could do for me. Maybe better customer care would be a start. I understand small towns and business, but as a customer, I work to pay for their services and I expect better treatment. Without the customer, there is no business or job. Teach your people to be better and do better.
Was on the phone with a very helpful representative and we got cut off, I do hope when I call back the same gentlemen answers
Never answer their phones or are late for trash pick up, yet on time to collect their fees!
It’s been three weeks and they still have taken our trash they have taken everyone’s but they skip our house
Ordered a dumpster on 5/19/2021, said it will be at my door on the next day 5/20/2021 between 6am and 6pm was my day off so I waited and waited then 6pm rolled around no dumpster CR&R customer service closes at 5pm (was dropped today 5/21/2021 a day late). Not a single phone call nothing I am thinking did it get dropped off at the wrong house my credit card was charged. Then I called this morning asking what happen they said it was a "routing" issues. Asked why I did not get a phone call said "usually customers call before the driver tells them or have to contact a different building" Asked for discount or composition for the Day late on my dumper, get THIS they said they "WAVED THE SET UP FEE" was never told about a set up fee at all over the phone just the cost of the dumpster. After this would love to use another service but cant.
