Veronica Jones is the reason I chose CA Realty Training.after attending the free class offered, I was certain Veronica would provide the instruction and guidance I needed to obtain my real estate license. I enjoyed her ability to make the information come alive, her passion for real estate was infectious, and her classes were filled with real world application of the material and concepts. Encouraging the class to attend open houses and seek out real estate related news, and have discussions. Immersed us in the field we were aspiring to be a part of.it created live access to the written ideas. Veronica's ability to personally connect with each of us, and provide an overall natural flow of class felt like we were in person, and not on zoom. I have since completed classes and passed the exam (1st attempt) and I am certainly aware that Veronica's efforts were a key factor in my success.

I would recommend this realty school to my friends only if I hate them. I purchased 3 books, online lectures. We only had online course since it was during pandemic.

My first book was Finance, the most challenging one. As you may know there are lots of terms and examples. I was lost even after the online course, the teacher Angela was friendly but her lectures didn't help us to understand the difficult part of content, basically she just used the existing presentations included in the materials we purchased.

Secondly, my questions have never been answered properly. I have several questions regarding the examples mentioned in the Finance book, as well as some calculation exercises behind one chapter. I was always told we could ask questions to the teacher on the class or the trainer through online portal. The truth is the lecturer never explained the examples like how a construction loan works shown on the book. When I brought them up to the class, she either said she didn't have book, I need to screen shot the page to her, or after I did, she said she's not a loan officer, can't answer this type of question, she got my emails and will transfer them to the trainer. But I never got an answer for literally 2 months. I kept email the Operation Manager, he was nice but seemed not able to do anything about the situation. I ended up doing my own research and finally got an answer from one CPA.

After two months of these back and forth emails, a trainer Veronica appeared to be able to get back to my questions. At that time, I only had two questions that I wasn't sure, one of them was about calculation of present worth and future worth. I explained that I think the answer offered may not be correct and the reason. She just simple retyped the answers to me without any supporting reason.

There are several free resources on youtube or websites you can obtain more detailed and helpful lectures. The only thing this one offered was introducing a lender to attend during one class. It's true that realtors should have these resources for the business, but the first thing first is to understand what we need to learn, the class should not aim for the resource for the lender's business expansion.

The website was recently improved. They also cancelled the Student Communication section. Previous in the section, I noticed many students struggled in the finance book and failed in the test. If they failed twice, they need to restudy the book from very beginning or choose another selective course. And I believe the experience of their in person classes should be better than this.

Veronica by far one of the best instructors. She answers our questions and if we don’t understand she explains in further details.
